Always a great experience here! The food is delicious and the staff are all friendly and attentive. Whether they are slammed busy or it's a slow day, the food and service are consistently great. Their salsa is some of the best I've found.
The best Mexican food in Gastonia and surrounding areas FOR SURE!!!!!!!!!!! They give you sooooo much food and charge the same as any other restaurant! I feel like I really got my moneys worth!!! The food was amazing and also they sell Virgin drinks! We got a huge virgin strawberry drink and it WAS AMAZING and only $10, big enough for 4 people to share!!!! I am so happy with this restaurant and this will be my go to Mexican resituar! They also have great customer service, our server was so sweet and made sure we were happy with the food and had everything we need! I never leave reviews but this restaurant is AMAZING!
The food isn't the problem. We got treated as if we were teenagers. Slow A$$ service.I had to ask to order, and the couple that came in just after us got faster service (older couple, who were dressed better).Like, I get it you're busy, but serve your tables, whether you think they are 12 or not (we're in our early 40's btw).
The food was great, service sucked. The waitress seemed like she really didn't want to be there and was lacking. I'd definitely come back for take out but this place doesn't value the service the same way they do their food.
First and LAST VISIT! I called first and she put me on hold and never came back. I walked in 7 minutes after hanging up and there was no more than 8 customers in the place. My food was bland, loaded with lettuce and barely any steak! I paid $12 for a VERY BLAND, EMPTY $10 takeout because they automatically charged a "TIP!" (GREEDY) WHAT IS THE TIP FOR ON A TAKEOUT MEAL?? I guess that's "Thanks for coming!" The reviews are deceptive! I WON'T EVER GO BACK!
DON'T EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES!!!!! Waitress didn't understand what cross contamination meant and a 2nd employee told me to go to a 3rd because she didn't want to deal with it or understand herself and the 3rd employee checked for me just to say that the chips I've been eating are cooked in chicken grease this whole time which I'm extremely allergic too.

Ordered food. Order was incorrect. Did not want to drive all the way back to the restaurant that night so called and had the manager credit me for my incorrect order to be redeemed at a later date. Called back days later to redeem the credit I had for the originally incorrect order. There seemed to be some confusion concerning if I had a credit or not. Once we determined I did have a credit (which I clearly knew all along), I attempted to redeem my credit for the same thing I originally ordered. I picked up the order from the restaurant. Drove home and then received a call from the restaurant saying that the replacement order I picked up belonged to someone else. Had to return to the restaurant to retrieve my correct order then again and bring back the other person's order.Will never go here again.
Good Mexican food. Have been a customer for many years. Can be a little noisy due to the close proximity of the booths.
Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Gastonia. The interior needs some work but the food is good.
