Today was my absolute last straw with Dunkin Donuts and ESPECIALLY this location. Came in and was told by an employee that I would need to place a mobile order because they don't have time to take orders at the register. When I expressed concern, she then offered to teach me and a gentleman who was in the store how to use the mobile app. So you have time to teach us how to place our own orders, but not enough time to take an order for a simple ice coffee? Dunkin will never see another dime of my money. It's worth paying Starbucks for a higher level of customer service.
Coffee was good lil mix up with order but was fixed with no issues
The morning crew is great. However, if you’re working night shift and want to stop in and grab a coffee seven or later good luck. You sit in line for ten minutes or more at the order box and no one answers. Most the time it seems they are closed at this time or just do not want to serve customers. I have been to this location three times in the last two weeks after 6pm. There are people inside, but they do not ask for my order or anyone else’s. Multiple cars wait and end up pulling off. Please adjust hours for people to know if it closes before seven, or work in better customer service.
Went through the drive through and ordered roasted tomato hummus toast and got the avocado toast, went INDIDE so they could fix my order, and I got hummus on cold bread. It would have been great had the bread been toasted as it is advertised. 321 Dunkin from here on out!
I stop here 3 times a week on my way to work. The only reason I keep going is it’s the closest one on my way to work. I always get a large hot coffe, and ALWAYS have to wait 4 min to place order, then another 10 min till I make it to the window. Staff friendly but slow. The windows are filthy, and from what I can see of the equipment it’s also never wiped down clean. Most of the time my order of breakfast wraps is cold and I can tell never put in the heat. Coffees is nice and hot, but I have had my order messed up more than a handful of times. There are lights out and not working on the outside of the building. So it looks like they are not open at 545, when I drive up.The staff seem to chat amongst themselves more than tending to the customers.I really blame the owner for the appearance of this store. I’ll next make a call to corporate office and see what they are all about.
Short-staffed, down an oven waiting for maintenance, and a new GM this morning, but the staff were hustling! Took a little longer for my order, but they were on top of it. GM greeting people and apologizing for the wait and chatting with everyone while also encouraging staff members and picking up the slack for her busy employees. Great job all around. Love to see it.
All the ladies working on Sunday 2/27 around 9AM were amazing. The place was having technical difficulties but they were all rock stars improvising and taking care of customers. Team lead Cynthia came out in the rain asking if I could come in if it wasn’t too inconvenient because their speaker was not working, she said she’d gladly take care of us if we came in, and that’s EXACTLY what they did. Great team!!

Hopefully you will notice and appreciate the hard work I am putting into this store! If you were disappointed before, come back and let me and my newly trained staff take GREAT CARE OF YOU‼️ BECAUSE AMERICA RUNS ON DUNKIN and that's a FACT???
Really is it that hard to fix and get right a frozen mocha?!? Every time I have been here they have got it wrong. I even asked this last time is that a mocha it seemed to be darker than normal and was told yes it’s mocha. How about a BIG NO. Please train your staff better!!!!!!
This place keeps getting worse and worse. New staff every week and the wait times are ridiculous. 2/3/22 the speaker wasn't working so people were placing orders at the window and making the wait longer. I waited 40 for a mobile order.Old staff used to be more efficient and quicker.
