I hate coming to this location. Their drive-thru is slow as ?. I get here and there’s 15 people in their drive-thru. So I decide to go inside to order. Only to be told they are only doing mobile orders and drive-thru. If you aren’t taking orders inside, your drive-thru shouldn’t be so slow. Needless to say, I left and went somewhere else (not Dunkin).

WORST customer service ever. I just attempted to order from this location today & treat my daughter to a special treat. I was IMMEDIATELY met with an attitude at the drive thru speaker & was cut off literally every single time I attempted to speak. Because I have dietary restrictions I asked if I could get an iced coffee adjusted & it was literally as if that was the BIGGEST issue. I literally just drove off & went straight to Starbucks. You've lost a customer until you reevaluate the customer service skills of your staff. Just nasty for NO REASON!

Paid in advance for my order to pick it up in the store as I do just about every morning. Showed up to get my paid for merchandise & the doors were locked. 4 employees standing behind the counter laughing at customers trying to get in & get what they had already paid for, telling us to go through the drive thru that they had wrapped around the entire building. Absolutely lazy & unprofessional. I have 3 children to get to school in the morning & I rely on this mobile service, so I get where I need to be on time. I never received my order I paid in advance for & I was emotionally distressed by the employees standing inside laughing at me as I was trying to enter the locked building to get what I rightfully paid for. I did not place the order to wait in the ridiculous line in the drive thru, if I wanted that option, it would have been selected . I have not received a refund or the order I placed. 4 employees standing there laughing about it as if it’s no big deal you have taken money out of a person’s pocket & not delivered the agreed service or product they requested & paid for. I will be returning to get my order or refund, I hope it’s just as funny then & when I return every single day it’s going to be just as funny! Cause my Attorney thinks it’s hilarious!

I have been stopping at this location for over 2 years now and do mobile every morning. The customer service has always been spot on never a complaint on that part everyone is very friendly and happy to see the previous manager back. Coffee is a hit or miss with sweetness and how strong it is. But I am not worried about that.What I do have a complaint about is when you do your mobile order and select inside pickup and you get there and dining room is closed. They need to have it so on the app inside pickup is not an option. That is very frustrating because the line is always wrapped all the way back around into the parking lot. You then have to call the main office sit on hold for 5 mins and request a refund. I know here lately Mon thru Thurs there has been plenty of workers in there so not sure what happened today.

Sunday 03/13 11amThey took 30 minutes to make a bacon and egg wrap. Even though I ordered online beforehand and arrived before it got busy (and it should've been ready when i got there) they made other people's food first that had arrived after me. After waiting for 20 mins I asked about my food and the girl at the counter gave me an attitude, and then mocked me when I was finally on my way out even though I never even complained about anything.Maybe it doesn't help that pay is like $12/hr, makes sense you'd get the wost workers or can't keep any experienced ones when you don't even offer a living wage. There were like 10 people working in there, including the manager and somehow it still was a disaster

I used to visit this location on a daily basis as my job was less than 5min away; the customer service had always been moderately good until recently. I aways order and pay online prior to arriving, however there has literally been a situation when Ive paid online, arrived and been told they aren’t open; when asked why, the employee was unable to give a clear reason. I then requested a refund considering it was 4:00, and they told me they’d be closed until 5:30; the employee rudely told me to do it on the app. I would literally rather drive to 7/11 than deal with rude teenagers. The manager does not manage, the employees do. that is very clear to me.

I'm new to the area and have visited this location twice previously. Both prior experiences were not well. Previous wait times in the drive through were about 15 to 20 minutes during peak hours and food / beverages were not up to par. That was a disappointment and I decided to visit another location.Today, I decided to stop here again since it was the closet before completing a few errands. BIG MISTAKE. The only item I ordered, a medium cup of coffee, was a waste of my money. The coffee was ice cold as if it was sitting for hours. Very disappointed and this location needs a re-evaluation of the staff and the procedures on how to serve it's customers.I will not visit nor will I recommend this location again.

It's Duncan doughnuts so there are standards of what they sell. The employees at this location must be over worked and underpaid so the demeanor toward customers could use some improving.
