Consistently the quality of customer service gets worse here with every visit. They are so lazy now that they won’t even use the inside register anymore. When I asked why not one of the workers gave me attitude and told me she doesn’t have to explain to me why she doesn’t have to open the register which is clearly her job. So the only thing she is doing is moving at a snail speed to fill orders.
How does their management not take these reviews seriously? After a miserable experience months ago I stopped in again today to get a coffee thinking it maybe had gotten better..nope. this place is so dirty and the people working there all act miserable..which shows in how the store is kept..if I were a regional manager and stopped in here I would fire everyone on the spot and take the sign down out of embarrassment..If the health department went in there today they would likely have done it for them. No care at all for cleanliness or customer service.. I know decent help is hard to find but this is ridiculous.
It's the best one, because they always get my coffee right. I savor the flavor, the rich aroma, yumm,,,there really is some good people in there. Especially the afternoon crew❤️
This place is garbage. Employees wandering around with blank stares not helpful in anyway. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building, I watched as multiple people complained about their order being wrong. Zero concern on the employee side. The lines inside were just as bad. An absolute joke, avoid at all costs.
Closes early and does not value customer service. Every visit I’ve had to this chain has resulted in a poor experience. HIGHLY recommend to keep driving to the next Dunkin’.
had one of the worst experiences at a Dunkin that I have ever had. I was greeted at the speaker saying that it was broken and not working to pull to the first window when I pulled the first window I ordered and had my money taken sat there for five minutes and then was told to pull up to the back door after pulling up to the back door I sat there for 28 minutes waiting on my food had to go up to the front window and saw my food sitting on the counter after it was handed to me I felt it was cold and asked for it To be remade said I was going to have to wait I said it was fine and had the window slammed in my face I walked back to my car. Had to wait another 5 minute was brought my sandwich with no bag and the after a few minutes was brought the bacon and brought with an attitude yet again and started arguing and yelling. So sad to see a place I love turned into this
Best experience! Awesome employees, made sure we enjoyed what we ordered. Line was way too long so we went inside. Joyful and helpful attitudes. My favorite location.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I needed to warn others. Stopped by headed to CLT from skiing and the wait time was terrible. We even ordered ahead with a mobile order. Beware if you’re limited on time or expecting a quick stop.
