I couldn't believe a cookie so good existed! So so good.. Mine was the chocolate 1. If u love Peanut Butter Cups, then DEFINITELY get this 1!
Highly recommended to family friends and anyone with a sweet tooth and desire for excellence in taste as well as service. Matthew promptly brainstormed to address a glitch in me receiving my 14 loyalty points. When he was unable to resolve he promptly directed me to the store manager, Anthony. Anthony promptly responded to my text and promised his intervention to resolve the issue. As a first time customer- we were impressed with the courtesy and promptness and taste- a rarity to receive all 3 in today's society.Our faves were the lemon cookie, the Walnut chocolate fudge and the the pink donut cookie.
Crumbl cookies are so good and I missed them when I moved here from UT. But they opened this Gastonia location recently and I have no complaints! They are open late which is awesome and their curbside pickup is fast and simple. Use the app for rewards and the weekly menu!
I waited until the hype died down to get cookies here. I was super excited because it looked really good online. The cookies tasted OKAY for me a little dry, crumbly and not as favorful as I expected. The orange sickle (which is my FAVORITE) had a tiny hit of orange flavoring in the cookie with a thin layer of the cream icing. With the cookies being kinda dry it wasn’t really that good. The snicker doodle was good and heavy with the cinnamon flavor. A bit pricey and I’m not sure if I’ll go back again if the cookies aren’t going to be moist. I was kinda bothered that the girl at the shop closed the lid down in the middle of one of the cookies at the end and I didn’t see it until I got home. Icing was all on the flap and I had to scrape it off to put it back on the cookie.
Delicious cookies! They are heavy, thick cookies do we typically cut them in fourths. The flavors alternate weekly (except milk chocolate chip) which is a fun treat. All of the flavors are delicious, but I tend to prefer the ones that are served warm and not chilled. Some weeks are obviously better than others to me so I always look at the menu before dropping in. They offer curbside pick up if you order through the app and I’ve never had any issues. There aren’t labeled spots so you just park as close as you can.I did have a messed up order (I didn’t check the box) and I was quickly connected to Anthony who made it right. The customer service I received was above and beyond!
After wanting to try their cookies for so long, I finally got to on my birthday yesterday, and honestly disappointed is an understatement. All of the cookies were so hard and crunchy, they were dry, and they tasted store bought. I was so excited to go but I will not be back.
I've seen crumbl online forever but never had one close enough to visit. While in town seeing family i decided to stop by, loved ordering on the computer so we could see the cookies and take our time. The staff was really friendly and so fast. The cookies are crazy good! Huge and full of flavor. I LOVED the chilled key lime. We bought the 6 pack and shared it with the family, they are gonna be regulars now too. Will definitely stop in again in the future. My husband got into the box immediately once back to the car
They got us in and out quickly even though they were busy The cookies are good. Not too sweet, for those that prefer that. Staff was very friendly as well!
I love this place. The only reason I'm giving four stars is that one of the many times we have tried them, I decided to place a pick up order through their app. When my husband showed up to get it, he said they told him to wait and got everyone else's order (at least five or more from what he remembers) before they gave him our order. What is the point of placing a pick up order if you aren't going to have it ready when we come to get it? Aside from that I love their cookies. And they are super quick if you walk in and order right then.
Was a pleasant experience. No ice cream for days unfortunately. Just seems a little pricey for a cookie although they were incredibly delicious!! Seems to be very popular as there is always a line!! Be patient though as their staff is diligent and friendly.
