This place has really went down. They are now serving two small pieces of meat the equivalent of a Hamburger from McDonald's. This is a double burger?? The service is terrible as well.
Love their food, shakes and basically everything I've tried was great! The service is good and the cashier was friendly. I love the late night hours.
This is the cheese dip I ordered. The cheese dip I was charged for. Charged for. Old cheese. I was charged for old cheese. Still confused….. anyway, foods good for the most part but I would like the option next time: free old cheese or purchased fresh cheese. Not purchased old cheese ?
Hopefully you dont end up in the outside lane tonight, 1/30/22. The teenager with the 4 hair beard that can't do his job without cussing very loudly with the window open, must have had a rough 1 week of his career. Waiting 5 minutes at the speaker with no cars in front of me with no communication til i blew the horn. Then he had to day God D$%%&t outloud with my kids in the back seat because my card didn't swipe on first try. With my difficult order of a milkshake, i then had to wait 2 mins while he talked to everyone else in the store just for spoon. Didnt give me a receipt so I dont know his name. He did have a shirt on that read "FB#42" , which im sure he stole from someone that could actually play football. With the stimulus checks done you would think people and businesses could be a little nicer to anyone that decides to do business with them.
These workers are so rude at ALL the cookouts in this area. I had one girl actually yell at me while I was ordering at one. I would order an item, then she would say "WILL THAT BE ALL, IS THAT ALL, IS THAT ALL," and then tried to pick an argument with me over something I asked her about the menu. The food is NOT worth the hassle it takes to get it. I would keep all those "Now Hiring" signs up and FIRE everyone. I'm not a complainer, and I don't say that lightly. The way their employees act, talk, and carry themselves is uncalled for. I would give negative stars, but its not an option.
Tasty, cheap food. Top of the fast food chain but their milk shakes always taste like they don't clean the the blades.
I sit in line for at least 10 to 12 min only to get up to the speaker to order and was told cash only that the card reader for that line had went down. They have 2 other registers..lol so im instructed to drive around and get in the other lane only to sit for another 15 min waiting to order. Get to speaker and it as if im in the twilight zone. Lil young lady ask me 5 times which tray i think there is only 2 (jr and regular)then at 4 times was asked what i wanted on my burger. I got the feeling she was in another conversation. Get to window and its like im an intrusion or something. Never have i had any trouble here but tonight it sucked.I will say my food and shake were fantastic!
I love cook out, but unfortunately today they messed up our order. It took FOREVER for them to fix it. They wanted the entire meal returned so the poor kids sat with nothing to eat waiting patiently.
So many different flavors of milkshakes!!!!! That's a great thing though lol!!! Fast and curtious help. Not too expensive! ?
