If I could give 0 stars I would. 5/21/2022 I ordered cheese fries and nuggets with my tray. I get cheese curds and regular fries. If you can't handle the rush then hire new people. This isn't the first time my order has been wrong. If the owner reads these please feel free to reach out
Ok, the outer speaker is a bit too quiet to hear maybe turn that up or something other than that good food and service

I came here Sunday night at around 9 o’clock and I sat here for 30 minutes and you guys were out of a lot of the items so an employee named AJ took my name my order and my phone number and said if I come back up there he would give me the order for free for the inconvenience. When I got up there today they literally argued with me and made me feel like I was lying about the situation and because I Didn’t make a purchase they said AJ didn’t write anything down. So I sat there feeling like a liar over a cookout tray. It was completely unprofessional and it’s such a weird situation. No one is trying to steal a cookout tray, I literally was coming back because the employee said he would take care of it for me and, you guys should be ashamed of making me feel that way.
Cook Out is very “hit or miss”… sometimes it’s a good or decent experience and sometimes it’s not. If you have never eaten at a Cook Out, the food and service is only fair.
I ordered the barbecue plate with double slaw no hush puppies. When I got home I found out they wrapped the coleslaw and a piece of aluminum foil not in a cup with a lid so therefore everything and the takeout container had coleslaw juice on it the barbecue everything. If you don't want your coleslaw and your juice from the coleslaw on everything don't go here and order it bad experience.
On 2/18/22 at 1am, my grandmother and I order a $5 tray each, I had the big double burger tray with Cajun fries and a chicken wrap no lettuce which I repeated 4 times no joke,I get home to eat and my wrap has lettuce on it and my burger for some reason had pieces of slaw in it and on the bun for whatever reason? I don't like nor eat slaw so that was very disappointing:( and my grandpa and us were still sitting at the window waiting for our food as she opened the window and said what are y'all sitting here for? And my grandpa said we were still waiting on our food and she was like okay and slammed the window then seconds later asked again and he said ma'am were waiting on our food and her excuse for being rude was oh um I just came back inside from a break so I didn't know,she was extremely rude for no reason at all! Don't know if I'd go back anytime soon:( union road location in Gastonia
Absolutely Horrible! Waited over 10 minutes just to get up to the drive-thru speaker, had to yell back & forth repeatedly before they understood which item I wanted, then as soon as she figured it out, someone else took over and the whole conversation had to start over. Still ended up driving away with the wrong food, and there's no way to get in touch with anyone to correct the issue unless you want to drive all the way back there and wait in line again. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
To many kids , the food was messy and the burger was raw not including an order was missed even after calling it back cashier was quick to get rid of you in the line It is usually pretty good until today .I was disappointed/.
Everyone knows this is the place to be ... don't belive me ... the line at 1 am should be all the info you need.... what ever late night craving you have I'm sure they can work it out and foods always hot ?
