I don't understand - food service workers have received pay increases, they have a tip jar in place however when I asked for cheese sauce she only poured a portion of the ladle even though I'm willing to pay for anything extra that I ask for. It's the same way with the chicken and beef. I know it cost for extra and I'm willing to pay, so why skimp and short me of the portions I'm asking and willing to pay for. That's why I stopped going to Moe's. Guess I'll have to stick to the authentic Mexican restaurants. Chipotle if you're listening please do better, this happens at most of your locations.
Food was okie. We had a chicken rice bowl. Staff was good. We dined in and noticed how dirty the store was. I had to wipe down my own seating spot twice. Table as well. Floors were trashed was the parking lot and front patio. Rr didn't have tp. It stank like no1 has even bothered to spray something to mask the pee smell. Nope, won't be back to eat in filth.
Really stingy about portions, two small scoops of rice in a bowl. Too expensive for $132/22Ran out of white rice. Served one scoop of brown rice. Asked for 2 scoops of rice, red tagged charged extra for rice.3/31 Ran out of white rice at 745pm. Making no more4/9 Asked for 2 scoops of white rice, only got 15/5 Pictured. Got charged for extra rice. $15.50 for steak bowl and drink
I love the fresh made to order food choices. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean. From chicken, steak, pork or vegetarian choices I believe anyone would definitely find something that they like. I especially love thier daily in-house made Guacamole. Their Chips and Salsa is a must have side item. They also offer several drink options that include special fruit and vitamin infused lemon juices. Fresh ingredients and made to order menu options make this fast food a better option when searching for quick and fresh fast food.
This Chipotle has gone down hill. It used to be so good but now the staff is rude and the food tastes horrible. The corn salsa always tastes like vinegar, not fresh like it should. The guacamole is usually brown and never has any flavor. The staff is lazy. They lack customer service skills and by the taste of the food, you can tell they’re using old salsas and guacamole instead of making them fresh daily like they should. The ones in Charlotte are worth the drive, don’t waste your money here.
Went there at 9:48 after getting off work at 9:30 pm. Website said they close at 10 was ordering to pick up.. all the doors locked. Rep came to the door and said they have to close early because they HAVE to get out by 10 and that's why they close early.. y'all need to change your time to 9:30 pm if you want your employees to leave on time and not pay overtime pay. Had my sights set on a bowl all afternoon after my wife told me she was going out with Friends.. very disappointed... please change your timing so people don't have false info thinking they can order till 10.
Every time we order through the app our food is ALWAYS cold. Today was the tip of the iceberg, we ordered through the app and guess what? The food was COLD and it was missing items that we selected. I took it back to the store after driving 20mins since I don’t live next door to this location. The “manager” remade it and also gave us a free meal for next time. As far as the remade meal the chicken was luke warm, the fajita veggies were meh like they had been sitting since sunrise and of course the chips were stale. It’s the principle that this is our fifth mistake. I would advise anyone to NOT use this location. There’s other choices that are much better as far as having the same choice of food.Corporate definitely needs to rethink this store location and their employees. I will NOT be back to this location.
Normally it's great but last nights closing shift sucked hard. More worried about wiping a counter down than taking a minute to bag up my already made food. Spent close to an hour in the store and got no thank you no have a nice day... I know it may seem petty to post over someone being rude but with Chipotle prices isn't customer service included.
Honestly, this was our first and last time eating at Chipotle. The employees were shockingly rude and apparently they can refuse to make you a quesadilla unless you order it online? One employee agreed to make it but stated that they were only doing it because we didn't have anyone in line behind us..it only took them a minute to make it and there were at least 4 people behind the counter. Not to mention every single table was completely filthy. They appeared to be fully staffed and it really wasn't even busy. The food was okay but Qdobas is better in my opinion.
The food was good. It was a shame that they got rid of the plant based chorizo. The dining area especially the tables were filthy. My burrito wasn't made very well. Took two bites and it fell apart
