Worst experience and food ever I ordered scallion chicken and they gave me a bunch of onions some scallions and like 4 pieces of slimy chicken then when called to let them know it was made wrong it’s supposed to be crispy chicken in a sweet sauce they told me I could bring it back she was really nice on the phone not to mention the house fried rice had only a couple of pieces of pork and that was it when I took it back the lady lectured me and told me the only reason she exchanged it was because I was a new customer and showed me a pic that she found on the inner net of what my food was supposed to be I didn’t argue just took my replacement my go to general Tao chicken will not be returning
First Chinese spot I tried when I moved to the area and haven’t considered looking anywhere else. Consistently happy with China city. The family meal deal is such a good deal too. Nothing nice or fancy, but it doesn’t matter because they hit the mark where it matters.

First time we tried China City. Food was very good!!! We were very happy and will definitely be back! We moved here from CT last May and have been unable to find good Chinese food. So happy we finally found some!!
My wife and I are from NY and we have been in NC since 2013 and for the longest time we have been trying to find Chinese Food that reminds us of NY and I have to say with extreme confidence that this place hits the spot on every count. The people are friendly, the food tastes great. Portions are generous and filling. You want a great Chinese spot to get food, you will not be disappointed when you come here!

I've been eating here since 1997 and haven't had a problem or ever got sick from the food. Best fried rice in town and they always give more than enough of everything you order. I like the onion chicken and chicken with mushrooms but have tried almost everything here.
They always have the best food at a reasonable price! The owners and staff are super friendly. My favorite place to pick up food when I don't feel like cooking at home. Very delicious. ?
