Ordered hamburger.it was wrong 3 times. I asked for order to be canceled. Manager took it off our bill but had us waiting quiet a while for him to 'take it off' and never came to our table. This has been the pattern for the last several times we've went there. But on a better note, our waitress was very nice and her service was great.... Chili's is not good at all anymore

Did a online order and after placing it, I was notified that it would be hour and forty minutes before it was delivered. Called the store to cancel and was told to call doordash even though the Chillies website said call the store to cancel. Only after telling them that the website says to call the store, I was transferred to the store manager. She was able to refund me in 5 to 7 business days. Really?? I told her they should put the wait time before someone places an order but she wasn't interested in the feedback. 35 minutes of my life wasted. Hope this helps someone.

Very nice staff, good food, I ordered Steak, It was great. My brother ordered a burger and normally he says it's the bomb, this time was just fair. With that said, the problem I had was the table my brother and I got was extremely sticky, unfortunately this isn't the first time. Oh ugh and so was the Menu.. I was keep things with me to clean my hands off but geez.My brother mentioned the Male's Restroom was also very slippery, everything was wet and the door into it was terribly awkward. So Beware Boys, Men and others that may Identify or use the Male's Restroom use with cause and at your own risk.May very again. sorry..

I haven’t been here in years and I wish I could’ve kept it that way..the only thing I liked was the corn (it was cold though) and pico de gallo

My husband and I love Chili's. We try to go at least once a week. We absolutely love the servers India and Anna Lisa. 2 of the sweetest girls I've ever met. We definitely get treated like family when we go.

Bless their hearts. They are trying to keep up but they are very short staffed. The food is good. It took awhile to arrive and some of it was not quite hot. The seating areas could use a good cleaning. I hope the kitchen is kept better than the front of the restaurant. I know being short staffed not all things get completed in a timely manner.

Well if you think deadly mis-cut chicken and the chicken still clucking with sauce on her feathers of the wings is ok?!? It's self explanatory.....horrible. How did this go through so many hands and no one say anything??? Unacceptable.

Had to wait 15 minutes to be seated.. Ordered fajitas and tea. Service was fast and friendly. Fajitas were delicious. Was never asked to refresh our tea, though. We will go back.

We had not been at a Chili's in some time. On this night their fryers were broken so we couldn't order fries. It didn't matter as our burgers were delicious and came loaded with L-T-M, pickles and onions. We had to cut them in half to break them down to a manageable size. The Yuengling draft tasted great after a long day driving.

The only reason for the 3 stars was the kitchen staff knocked it out the park on the food. It was about as good as you could ask for from a chain restaurant. Steaks were flavorful and cooked perfectly. The appetizers were on point too. Now onto the bad...I know people are hurting for help so it pains me to make this review but this was bad. We were seated away from our waitress main area. We were the only ones in that section as well so we were an after thought. She had a lot of people at the 5 tables in her main area plus ours. Needless to say we didn't get any refills. The kitchen staff brought our food out. Choking down a steak without and drink was a riveting experience. My wife was making wagers with my kid if I could finish it without choking out due to no drink. I roughed it out and came out victorious and alive. The steak would have had icicles on it if I had waited for a drink as the area we were seated at might as well have been the kitchen fridge. My wife and kid were shivering so bad, I had to go get them a blanket out the car. If it was 60 degrees at our table, it would have been a surprise. I thought we were going to see a fight between a few of the wait staff. There was a lot of screaming at the curbside area between a waitress and what might have been a curbside attendant or kitchen staff. It was pretty bad. I still tipped the waitress 20% on a $100 bill as at least she showed up which is more than most people are doing.
