Just tried it. Food was good, but this is not really a sit-down restaurant. Just counter service with tables and chairs. No atmosphere and the food prep area is right beside the eating area - so we heard constant loud banging and clanging sounds from kitchen staff chopping meat and preparing food.\\nTry it for take-out but don't expect much if you choose to eat in. KInda similar to Five-Guys.
Nice menu options, more than just wings. Large portions, very goid taste, fair price. Service is by teenagers and there seems to be a preference to do online orders over walkins.
Staff was very friendly but the wings were not good. Very small, floating in grease, 23 out of the 25 were flats. And our order of fried pickles were subbed out for fried mushrooms without asking us.
We were welcomed in by the homeless lady rocking back and forth outside the front door and when got in there to eat, tea was awful, lemonade tasted like they dumped a pound of sugar in it for some reason. Half my wings were good, the other half were burnt trash. My wife got a wrap that was \\\"blah\\\" at beast and soggy at worst. Wouldnt go again. Plenty of other choices that do what they do better.
Staff was nice enough, food was pretty bad. Not irate, don't wish them any ill will, just not very good at all. Sanitation grade was the icing on the cake that will prevent me from trying it again. Prices are way too high for what it is.
Can't review the food because I was never assisted. My daughter and I were just in there and waited about 5 minutes. Two other people came in behind us and left after waiting. The person on the grill looked right at my daughter and I and we still did not get any help. Watched him have a conversation with another person but could not help us. We got fed up and walked out. This experience was enough to NEVER try their food.
Ok I ordered the Club sub, The bread was not toasted, and they used Turkey Bacon instead of real bacon, didn’t cook the Turkey bacon it was just placed on the sandwich, no tomato just lettuce and mayo.\\nThe grilled chicken Cesar salad was absolutely disappointing, the lettuce was wilted I guess from the chicken being hot.\\nThe Fries, they cooked them when I got there and put them and put them in a brown paper bag, when I got home the bag was soaked in grease and was falling apart. I will never again eat at this restaurant again.
Ordered 40 wings and fried pickle spears. Got home and only had 30 wings when I called the only option they gave was to bring the food back. Took the food back and they were so rude to my boyfriend he was so mad when he came back with the food. They were not apologetic or anything only said they could give the 10 wings that were missing and the pickle spears that were missing. Didn’t offer anything else for all the inconvenience they caused. So now the wings we did get are nasty and cold and not fit to eat!!!! So a waste of 73 bucks!!!!! I will never go back to this location ever again nor will I recommend anyone else going to this place they absolutely have the most horrible customer service and totally unorganized!!!! You are supposed to make it right with the customer not be rude and hateful when you are the one who messed it up in the first place!!
Well this was my first time trying Chex grill . Service was good no wait. Food was OK pretty much bar food nothing special. I gave it two stars because of the LOUD GANSTER music playing. Just don't take your kids there. They will be learning some foul language from the music. Couldn't enjoy our food . Couldn't carry on a conversation with my wife while dinning in.I'll not be dining in anymore. And I don't mind the music if it was just turned down.
Person that took my order was very nice and asked how was my day and how I was doing very good experience he was curly hair with glasses will be back
