Ordered a Fish sandwich but it was absolutely NOTHING like advertised!!I received a regular hamburg bun that had a small square piece of OVERFRIED FISH that was SMALLER THAN & HALF THE THICKNESS OF the fish fillets that McDonald's sells!!I couldn't even scrape out enough edible fish to give to our cat! She took one sniff, looked up at me, and then walked away.Buyer beware! If you want a decent fish fillet sandwich in Gastonia, GO TO MCDONALD'S! ANY of them!!
I was at this location the other night picking up a DoorDash order. Online it said they were open until midnight. I arrived a little after 10. The woman told me they were closed. I told her I wasn’t trying to order, I was picking up a DoorDash. She said “Yeah, no we’re closed!” I’m not surprised. This location is garbage. All of the Burger Kings in this area are. I guess Michelle (or however you spell her name) must still be the district manager. Burger King…it’s time to clean house and find someone more equipped to run this area.

Plain means plain... If i say plain and your rushing me by saying what else in a nasty tone at least get my order correct... You wanna have a job that involves customer service and yet you dont have any customers service skills... When you speak to people it's not what else, be kind, you're the reason Gastonia has a bad name... I spend money to keep you in a job and your nasty to me and then get my order wrong. No wonder your bmi looks like its over 40... You are probably stealing food at the end of the night and then taking it home to west Gastonia past Martin Luther king blvd cause i know guaranteed thats where you live. Be nice when your in customer service cause you never know who your talking too. I will not be buying from here again and making a complaint to the corporate office. What if i was allergic and just bit into this. Maybe instead of saying what else with ur nasty attitude, you could have gotten my order correct.. The food isnt even that good which means you didnt pay attention to them teaching you how to cook it. Such a simple task.. Arent you even ashamed to be like 48 and working at burger king? See you would like me to be nice right? Well guess what, its goes both ways.. You get what you give... Be nice and make my order correct, if you were nice and made a mistakr, its totally ok but to get it wrong and be mean is just quite unbecoming of your character. Double sausage croissant with cheese and no egg. Yummy spicy sausage with cheese is great. I just love burger King breakfasts.
I ordered a whopper with no ketchup or onions and asked for mustard. I received a burger with ketchup and onions and no mustard.The second whopper was to have added cheese, which costs an extra 69 cents, and I got a burger with no cheese.The receipt had the changes I requested on it, but my requests were completely ignored.
We got a whopper combo and the 2 for 6 orig chicken sandwich. Beef pattys's tasted like they had been boiled aka zero flavor, fries had zero flavor, chicken sandwiches tasted like hot flavorless grease aka zero flavor. It was like we got served a bunch of water for $20. We threw half the food out after giving up. It's not just this location either, it's like every burger king we go to there's just zero flavor these days.Cashier was very nice though.
There is no Way I will ever eat here again. Me and my mother just got salads from Burger King found a hair cooked inside with my chicken. They wouldn’t even give us ranch when I asked for it and gave us dipping sauces. Gave us balsamic sauce and we asked FOR ranch and HALF of the ranch dipping sauces they gave us were already opened WOWWWWW. Spent $20 on food I couldn’t even eat it. Honestly what the heck. They didn’t even put real chicken on my mom‘s salad.
i would like to give you guys more stars but its impossible so i give you a 1. one for not able to make the food how the way i ordered, and 2 for messing up my order and gave me something else then what i had already ordered, 3 for not checking/making sure the order was correct, 4 leaving/forgetting other orders and missing 3 fries.
Just ordered from there and did not get what I ordered. I knew I should have just left after she talked over me, when I was trying to order. Never going there again. Service was rude, from beginning to the end. Doesn’t deserve one star.
