I cannot lie, every single time I have came here for the past year there is always some kind of inconvenience. The grill being closed, limited menu, sometimes they don’t even have wings which is the entire point of coming here! Tonight has by far been the worst experience i’ve ever had at a restaurant. Our soda was flat so we asked to change our drinks and she told us to keep our straws .. gross. they had us waiting to be seated when there were several tables open for over 30 minutes and we weren’t seated until we finally had to ask what’s going on. We were never offered drink refills. We waived her down multiple times for drink refills. the waitress never informed us of not having carrots/ celery with our wings so at the end of the night when we asked for them she finally told us they didn’t have any…. same thing with the wings… we didn’t know about the bogo deal with the wings and she didn’t let us know we could have an extra order of wings until the kitchen closed. Will not be going back.

Always behind, even when it's not busy you have to wait 10-20 minutes for pickup orders that should be ready when one gets to the restaurant as theyve been placed at least 15 minutes before. Is that ever gonna be addressed? It's been happening for over a year now. Got the spare time to write this negative review while waiting for my food.

Pretty standard B-dubs. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and staff are consistent with other locations. Only reason I knocked a couple stars off is that the past couple times I've been, they were only serving a very limited menu of fried items. I'm sure this is due to being understaffed, but it's unfortunate that even on a Sunday afternoon, they don't have a cook. This is also evidenced by the dining room being mostly empty, but there still being a 20+ minute wait to be seated.It's been a tough couple years for restaurants. Hopefully they can get things back up and going again soon.

This is one of the worst location as far as quality of service. Hostess/waiter was rude and told me no to go orders could be done 1.5 hours before closing. There were only 4 families in the restaurant but still no order. This is my 4th time trying to get food after 10pm because I work late. Google and your website states 12am close but this location rarely makes to go orders after 10pm. This is a bad business practice and hopefully upper management can assist with this location. I go to BWW a lot but never at this location. Customer service is horrible and they would not even pickup the phone at 1030pm. Who does business this way. I definitely will not be returning. Thanks.

Good service, good food, good memories. Gotta respect where it's due.... our waitress was excellent all the way around as that's saying a lot considering we were with a group of 15, almost all of them were very needy, big men who needed a refill every 5 mins, might I add. She made sure our big party got our food fast and also hot, which can be tricky when dealing with big parties so shoutout to the management and kitchen staff. Y'all made my first BWW experience a WIN! Thanks!

I gave it two stars only because the onion rings were good. There must be a sauce shortage as one order had no sauce and the second order was half covered. Glad we had sauce at home.

Came into Buffalo Wild Wings and try to talk to someone about the point system nobody seems to want to tell you anything and when I asked the lady at the cash register she act like she didn't even know so how do I supposed to know how to work a point system when I have these points if the employees don't even know. Then she got someone else hey lady I'm not sure if she's a manager or not and she really don't know and I don't know so really I suggest you take your business elsewhere like go to Hooters or Wild Wings Cafe I mean it's just too much hassle and no one understands anything a Buffalo Wild Wings I just suggest you take your business elsewhere if I could give less than one star I absolutely would do it I've never been so displeased with a restaurant

RE: BBWW employee attitude during THEIR mistake. We ordered via door dash. Have done a ton of business with them. However our last order arrived very wrong. We cld to let them know. Thinking just wrong order mixup & our order sent to wrong add as well. We did not ask for ANYTHING. No refund, redelivery or credit. order. Just letting them know…we had a copy of our receipt. The girl told us oh well- not our problem. Last time I checked door dash didn’t MAKE the food to be picked up. Sad when you know how mean ppl can be these days, & try to just be nice & to be treated so rudely.

If I could leave a zero stars I would. We went today at 5 was told it would be a 45 minute wait no big deal put our name in was told we’d get a text when the table was ready. At 6pm we walked inside since it had been an hour stood for a few minutes people were walking in and getting seated right away, hostess asked if we needed table let him know I had put us in at 5 and my name he apologized and stated he accidentally skipped over us but got us sat right away so no big deal. We sit for a few minutes waitress comes over and says we’re out of boneless wings, burgers, and wraps i understand if y’all want to leave to go somewhere else we stated no it’s fine we’ve already waited one hour. Order drinks try to order food was told there was no Mac&Cheese or nachos she said they only have traditional wings, sides, fried pickles and cheese sticks we said okay and ordered off that very small menu. The tables all around us who ordered around the same time food came out when ours did and they have burgers, nachos, Mac&Cheese basically everything we tried to order!ask waitress she stated truck just came in! Very much not true due to the fact they had ordered at the same time as us and got food at the same time!! Will not be returning here!

The “manager on duty” or whatever she is, was super rude and had a smart mouth. When I asked her where I could sit where there weren’t air vents blowing directly down on me she responded with “well they’re everywhere so” and just smirked end walked off. She has a very unprofessional attitude and If this woman is in management then I feel bad for the employees and this restaurant. Terrible customer service. I asked her such a simple question and did not feel like I deserved the negative attitude. That wasn’t the only situation either she’s been rude and unprofessional all night, when I asked if I could sit at a table by the bar instead of directly at the bar she gave me a negative attitude about that as well. Food is good though and bartender was very nice she helped me with the air vent problem with no hesitation. I say promote her to management. Thank you.Update I think her name is Casey
