Out of several items on the menu… the bruschetta had WAY too much garlic… pizza crust was not fully cooked … would not recommend
Had a pizza here last night, wasn't all that good. It was less than 15 Dollars. I paid the bill and left. When I got home thirty minutes later, I got an email telling me that they charged my card and additional 65.17. So now I'm up here waiting for them give me refund for a bill I did not spend. Even though there is a manager here, I'm having to wait for another manager. They won't say when the other manager will get. I've been waiting over an hour. Needless to say, Brixx has lost at least one customer. My family has coming here for about three weeks now. But, not anymore.
Terrible. For $70 I got a wildmushroom pizza with no mushrooms,arugula, or Parmesan…even thoughthat's what is advertised. CYO pizzawith 6 pieces of chicken, 3 smallhunks of bacon, and no sauce. Howdoes food leave the kitchen clearlywrong? Wings were mediocre atbest. Should have ordered Pizza Hut.Not a fan.
I order the same thing every time, and depending on who makes it it tastes completely different. It’s either really good or really bad. Need to work on consistency.
Ordered online on a Friday night. Assumed they were busy as the status said pending...an hour goes by and there is no update so I call. After telling the first person my issue three times, the line goes silent for 30 seconds and I get another person who has no clue what I just told the first. After re-explaining the issue again, I was told the order wasn't pending, it was never received because they didn't open the app to receive online orders. I told them my order but was just repeatedly told there was nothing they could do.
Had lunch there on 3/11. Our server could not have been less interested in serving us. She never smiled, never came to our table to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. We had to flag her down to get Parmesan(Which was served in long fat strips?)When we were finished she brought our checks; never asking if we wanted anything else.Note: we love the Brixx in Birkdale! ?Won’t be eating at this location again!
We ate at BRIXX for the first time last evening. WOW. I had the roast chicken alfredo .... it was fantastic and a BIG portion. Husband had his usual Pepperoni pizza. It was also very good. We can't wait to go back !! Young families there enjoying dinner. Staff were all friendly, taking care of customers, but also interacting with one another while they worked. It was a pleasant friendly atmosphere !
Came to Brix for dinner on a business trip. There was a poker event going on when we were there. The beer was cold and the pizza was good. I ordered the pear and Gorgonzola pizza and it was delicious. Overall good experience.
I have had mixed experiences at this Brixx location in the past. However, I visited on 12/21 and placed a takeaway order because it was requested by a family member, so I obliged. I have to say, service was wonderful. The food was excellent as well.I will definitely give this location a try again in the future.I'm not sure if they are under new management, but I appreciate the changes that they have made.
It is a good place , they just lack customer service skills , attention to details , anticipating customers needs. It may have been they had a shortage of personnel and also were overwhelmed with on line orders.Menu was very attractive , I would definitely go back and try more of their items when back in NC.Their Maschio Prosecco is delish! And they have a good selection of wines and beers.
