Downloaded their app which gave us a coupon for a free classic burger with purchase. There was two of us that down loaded. We went at 830 pm and the doors were closed. So we had to use the drive thru. Ordered and went to pay and the guy said he could not ring it up because we were in the same vehicle. We were paying separately. I said your doors are closed so I cant enter inside. He refused to accept the order. Will not return to this establishment. This was my first visit here.
I have been to this location often and never Abad experience until today around 7. When I ordered my burger I asked them to sub the beef for turkey, thinking my order would be correct and it wasn't. I went back through the drive through and only 2 minutes or less had passed. I went back to the drive through and informed the person took my order that i asked for a turkey burger. The person stated I had to pay for a corrected burger since they did not hear me say sub for turkey. I was like fine but it did not make any since. The person then stated I don't have to pay after saying I did. I drove around then I'm guessing the Manager came and took my order again and I told her I will just keep the burger since it seemed I was making a difficult request when I thought it was simple. The Manager did take my card and I paid for an additional burger since they did not hear me say Sub and I always state that when ordering. I wrote this review because I've never heard of paying twice for a burger when you're saying I didn't say turkey when I know I did. I
Not impressed at all, I don’t write reviews at all but this place needed it. First time coming here and it’ll be my last. First the cashier acted like we were bothering her and taking her time. For $11 plus tax i thought I would get more than a small amount of fries and a small drink they call “medium”. Their small cup is the size of a kids cup. Several drinks were out on the machine. The burgers were okay just not worth the money at all. Would not recommend at all
Very expensive, you have to pay extra for each hamburger topping. I ordered a single hamburger Regular combo, and my husband ordered a single hamburger and a regular drink, and it cost us $24!! ? The burgers were a small to average size, and the taste was actually pretty good, but the prices are outrageous. Cook Out burgers are much better in every way, and for half the price. We will definitely NOT go back to this place again.
Don't waste your money. The food was old and my child's meal was gross. Hot dog with chili so much grease the bread fell apart and was mushy. Burger was cold. Not much flavor either. High prices and low quality. Now I see why they don't have any business.
Let me tell you when I went for the first time I went through the drive thru TWICE. The food was great, but when I tell you the strawberry lemonade was liquid bliss. That fella with the dyed tips know what he was doing.
The time now is 4:50pm I understand staffing problems but it’s well beyond your reopening time. Update your sign or don’t post one and let people guess . Horrible
We got there at 11am and waited at the counter for over 5min and there were no other customers in the store. Multiple employees acknowledged us but no one came to take our order. The girl that did finally come to take the order acted as if she could not care if she was there or not. When we did receive the food the food was good.
My wife and I go to another Backyard Burgers location. Happened to be traveling and decided on a Black Bean Burger. It was great. Wish I'd taken pictutes. I'd recommend
Unseasoned meat. Bacon Cheddar burger without bacon. A large fry bag small enough to fit into a closed fist - I don't have large hands. Go to Five Guys.
