Ordered delivery. They didn't give me 2 sides i purchased. They weren't expensive sides or anything but i paid for nothing. The order only took 50 minuets to arrive after ordering but the rice was cold and the meal itself was barely warm. I did not order sushi so maybe that's good but the hibachi steak with scallops was very poor quality and tasted pretty plain.I'm disappointed with everything about the meal. Not recommended.
If there were 10 stars I would give it. The absolute most delicious and wonderful presentation of sushi I've ever had. The couple that own this jewel make it the best place you'll find. Loved everything about this dining experience.
Terrible customer service. I place an order over the phone and was told to go through the drive through for pickup. Upon arriving for pick-up I rang the bell and literally watch 4 different people look at me sitting in my care patiently waiting for a greeting or something and continued on as if they didn’t see me. So I thought maybe they were busy so I decided to go in. There was literally one person in the restaurant!! 2 of the 4 people who saw me waiting at the window almost 5 minutes offered no apology or thank you for your patience as I entered. No greeting or anything just what did you order….The food was decent I got the vegetable Hibachi but will not be going back and DO NOT recommend.
Tried this place for the 1st time today and I ordered the hibachi steak and white rice. What I got was brown rice and the hibachi steak was a horrible flavor. Very dissatisfied with my experience. The rice was wrong and honestly the soup was the only thing I could ingest and it was not the best. Sorry but I do not recommend this place.
After reading the reviews we decided to try it. We did take out, picked up on time and had a ten minute drive home. We got 4 sushi rolls, edamame, crab rangoons and hibachi steak with noodles. One sushi roll wasn’t made as the description read, the steak, crab rangoons and noodles were cold. The noodles had no flavor at all, the edamame didn’t come with salt and were also cold. Spent $80 with tip and it was awful.
First time here service is amazing very professional !!!The sushi is awesome good!!! My favorite dream roll. If you want good service and get good food specially sushi, This is it seek no more!!!Definitely they have new costumer.

Well as I’ve yet to go partake in food I can’t really speak on that. However customer service is a whole other subject. I called around 4:30pm on 11/24/2021 and asked about French fries. Yes I know silly question to some, but my son is autistic. French fries are the only thing he eats and I was rudely told they don’t serve them as they’re a Japanese place. Understandable but this was going to be a family trip and autistic kids don’t eat sushi so I was wanting to know if he’d eat. Well he won’t and my family will be taking our money elsewhere and I’d second guess this place for a date night with my husband now
Love this place!!! By far the best sushi around and the best staff!
This is the absolute best place to go eat! The staff is wonderful, good amazing. We make a point to eat here at least every other week
