They messed up my order, missing about $10 worth of food and didn't realize it until I got home.That on top of a skittish cashier who seemed high on something doesn't bode well. Never trying this Arby's again.For reference I ordered a large #9 buffalo chicken sandwich w/curly fries and a 9 piece buffalo boneless chicken wings.Only got the sandwich and 2 random plain roast beef sandwiches.
Hate doing this, but there are VERY unacceptable problems going on here.First off, it takes 20 minutes to get through 3 people in a drive through at 5-6 in the afternoon, takes another 30 to finish a simple order while cooking 2 other orders that were WAY after ours.If we hadn't already paid, we'd be gone by now.
not only did they mess up my order once, they messed it up twice. gave me someone else’s order the first time and the second time they gave me the wrong fish sandwich- i asked for 2 spicy fish and got 2 crispy fish. if i wanted a regular fish sandwich i would’ve gone to mcdonald’s.
Excellent food, hot and just like I ordered it. General manager had super contagious and positive attitude and was moving people through the line with ease. I will definitely be back!!
Absolutely terrible, waited in the drive thru 10 minutes just for them to forget my $9 sandwich and then act like I inconvenienced them when I told them they forgot it,Complete Trash!!! I didn't even want to leave one star for this place but Google makes you leave atleast 1 star
I had to wait 20 min after ordering at the drive thru on the wrong sandwiches. This at 2:00, they were not busy at all. I ordered a regular fish sandwich and crinkle fries. And 1 plain fish. I got 2 plain sandwiches and curly fries. Both the fries and fish was real cold.
The Arby's on Cox Road has the cleanliness of 100% that's very important to me and they're always very kind and thoughtful at the drive-thru. I love their 2 sandwiches for $6 specials. You can't beat that.

Ordered a Club Wrap. It had so much honey mustard on it that it fell through the paper. It was unedible. I don't understand why everything has to be drenched in sauce.
I have been to Arby’s many times my last visit was drive thru I was in a hurry to get back to work. When I took a bite of my classic chicken sandwich it was terrible. It did not have mayonnaise on it but some other kind of sauce. If the menu says mayonnaise then that’s what should be on it. I couldn’t eat the sandwich. It was on both sides. So I wasted 10.00
