I recently bought a property near this arbys... I stopped to feed my fence builders... they was out of everything.. told me they had no tea because it was too late to make some... it is 704pm... then I ask for a shake and was told they tore the machine down and would not make me a shake. This is by far the worst experience I have had with Arbys. They'll staff had NO hair nets and that is a health violation. I am seriously disappointed in this place
Fish sandwich was very good french dip great and love their jalapeno bites. Price high but everything is, so good ?
Got off the highway for a break. Found Arby's and went inside. Was told that dine in was closed and couldn't order from inside. Doors unlocked, customer coming out, and we can't even order inside. Used drive thru and ordered minimally. Will never leave the highway for an Arby's again. This seems to be a franchise wide problem as I run into this alot at local Arby's as well. Very annoying and off-putting. I like Arby's food, but not their customer service or lack there of. Plenty of other places to spend my money rather than put up with this B.S. Definately DO NOT recommend this place.
Food was great, the only issues that I have is that when one of the employees went out side to smoke she had her gloves on, when she came in she didn’t not change the gloves nor wash her hands. A male employee also went out side and came back in and did not wish his hands. One of the employees who appears to be a manager kept hoping on her phone then touching the foods and bags. I do not think that was sanitary at all.
Good fresh food and very good staff. I heard their bell after each person left.
I ordered the 1/2 pound roast beef best sand
Always gets my order right (except maybe 1 out of 100) and never had old food, always fresh and fast with good service.
The person taking my order was not friendly and acted as if she was miserable being there. The girl in drive thru was nicer though.
Had the 1/2 lb. Beef and Cheddar, that's my go to sandwich....Delicious!!
