Went to the drive thru and got 2 meals. A spicy signature sandwich and a kickin chicken sandwich with sauces as well as a bag of ice. Was told by the guy taking orders that they would fill the ice at the window, no problem. Get to the window and they refused to ring up a bag of ice at all so I had to make another trip out of the way. Upon getting home there were no sauces whatsoever included with my meal and the spicy signature sandwich I ordered was some sort of club sandwich. So basically I ordered 3 things and Zaxby’s somehow managed to make 0 of them correctly. Won’t be back again to this location again.
My visit to this Zaxbys was nothing short of magical. Our visit started with the lovely Gianna taking our order. She was so polite and lovely and even sang some Megan Thee Stallion with us! Her badge doesn’t say how long she’s been making chicken, but I can only infer it’s been decades as it was DIVINE!!!! The real magic started when my 97 month old daughter Berkleigheigheigheigh began to choke on the mashed potatoes. I was so afraid as I’m not trained in CPR! That’s when Gianna dove over the counter and barrel rolled straight at us! She began the hemoglobin maneuver on Berkelighleigjelsieg and saved her life!!!! I believe Gianna should be awarded the key to the city! She is my hero!!!!
The food is always hot and delicious here. All staff seem they care about each order and guest. The price is definitely worth it for the amount of food you receive. My kids love you can get a cookie with the kids meal. I always get the Cobb salad with ranch. The size of the salad is perfect and I hope they always keep it that size.
New garlic flavor wings was good but I feel they need a little more heat. Fries no salt was hot and ready to be devoured.
All I ordered from this place was a large fry and a large tea, right at lunch, get back to work the fries are super cold and bland so I come back the manager happily exchanges them out for me and I get back to work and there’s no difference from what I just got and what I had before, definitely recommend finding a new cook because whoever cooked those either needs to be fired or taught how to cook a batch of fries before selling to the public thanks and I’ll never be back, (it’s such a big deal because this is the third time in a row it’s happened but who’s counting)
I ordered last night at about 9:20 pm and the chicken was so hard we couldn’t eat it and they barely gave me any fries with my order I spent 20$ for some chicken bites that was supposed to be boneless wings because they said they didn’t have traditional
They are busy but I don't know why. The flavor of the food is medium range. Nothing notable. Plain chicken, plain fries, plain bread. The speed of the drive thru is good but if you have people in the lot taking orders they should carry a menu...with prices! Not everyone pulling in has eaten there before. I spent $17 on the blandest and un-noteworthy "buffalo" chicken tenders ever. I had to use some Bojangles honey mustard just to give it some flavor to make it edible. Good service....bland food.
My only complaint about this location is that they never give me my ranch that I ask for even when I order online. Still no ranch! Luckily, I have ranch at home. Other than that this location is good.
They are ok. The Sprite tasted weird like something was wrong with the machine... Sort of a grassy flavor. The chicken was fresh. Got thru the line pretty quick as well, since they haven't opened their doors. Both sauces I got was pretty nasty tho.
If you want to have a great family fun dinner Zaxbys has a great family pack of tenders, season fries and amazing buttered toast with your favorite dipping sauce and please don't forget to get a refreshing peach sprite!
