I ordered 10 wings and 10 lil corn on cobs. I got 6 wings and 5 corns. And the chicken was wrong flavor. And when I called they said they couldn’t find their manager. Put me on hold for 10 minutes. I called back they say they are still looking for the manager and put me on hold for another 10 minutes. So I jus hung up. SMH. Bad customer service. They’ve lost a good customer at this location.
If I could give zero stars I would, and then that would not be low enough. I called ahead for pick up. That was the worst food I have ever eaten. The wings were way over cooked, could not even taste the meat is so over cooked. The fry were Ice cold they were colder than my soft drink, because they no ice. The floors were so greasy, felt like I was walking on ice. The entire meal was ice cold. I ask for order to be ready at 7:15 arrived at 7:10. Stood there for several minutes before the very rude lady, finally ask my name I told her, then she just ignored me even more. A very nice gentleman at the front desk, went and found my order. Please don't eat there will be a waste of your hard earned money. Absolutely a shame.
Very poor experience. Ordered food through Doordarsh, and delivery time stated 12:30 AM, nothing out of the ordinary except that the Wing Stop closes at 12 AM. My brother and I called to verify they had our order and we'd be able to get our food. When we called the lady who answered seemed nice, but when we asked to see if they had our order she said she would have to check her system. 10 minutes later we are still on hold, 10 more minutes still nothing. So we drive to the store we see it basically empty, just one other customer inside 30 minutes after we had called, and when we told them we were on hold for thirty minutes they stated that we were only on hold for 20 minutes. We corrected them and showed them the phone still on hold and showed them it was in fact 30 minutes. They kept stating they were busy; which wasn't the point, it was the fact that we asked a simple question if if they had our order in their system and we were on hold for 30 minutes. No apology, no nothing else, just them repeating that they were busy. Lousy management because the person who was cooking came up and stated he was the manager and repeatedly said they were busy, they had a lot of customers, no acceptance of responsibility that this was the customer service they were providing.
Absolutely filthy! Windows, tables and floors were sticky and dirty. When we received our food(a 50 minute wait!!) I was so grossed out by my surroundings I didn’t want to eat.Poor Quality. It’s too bad because Wingstop usually has the best tasting wings.
Visited this location on a Sunday night and had a terrible experience. After ordering for two we waited for an hour and a half before we had to leave without getting our order. The drink machines were out of order, they didn’t have any Ice, and we sat around in a dining room where no one had food. I’ve been at other locations where service was a little slow but I’ve never been somewhere that multiple customers left without food after waiting for an hour plus. I don’t know if the issue was due to limited staff or the staff that was on duty but I will never be returning. I would never imagine myself leaving a review for a fast food restaurant but my experience at this location was worse than I’ve ever had at any other establishment. Please save yourself the time and money by not visiting this location.
We completed and paid for an online order. We waited over an hour for a meal that said it would be done in 20 minutes. We asked for a refund and were told that we would have to call the general manager…… we are still waiting on the general manager to call us back/answer the phone.In short, we paid for food that we never received.DO NOT ORDER HERE!
I got my 15 piece wing delivered and I am beyond impressed. The wings were so moist and crunchy it was the perfect balance. They were not stingy with the sauce and it was just a joy. I will prefer this place to everyone wanting good wings.
I would like to be contacted for a refund .. I tried to call the store but no answer. I went and picked up today, got home .. My wings were raw on the inside.
What an embarrassment! On so many levels. Never been in a Wingstop before and this location made me never want to go to a Wingstop ever again. I’ve seen bad customer service before. This was something else. Not just my experience, but the experience of others around me waiting for their food. Never again.
Placed an order online and gave us an estimate of 23-28 minutes. I waited 30 minutes past the time given. I get it that placed are short staffed but, don’t give an estimate of a time you clearly can’t have the food ready by. Such a waste of a night and we still never got food or a refund from the online order. On site staff was very unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. Will never order from here again ever.
