My order is normally right 85% of the time when I ask for a meal the way it's displayed on the number menu. However, if I order a meal without onions, pickles, or anything of that sort, I usually get back a plain burger with everything missing I didn't ask to be taken off. I was better off ordering everything and just removing what I didn't want to be on the burger.

Service needs improvement. Had to wait an extraordinarily long time to place my order at the drive-thru. Gave my order 3 times to multiple people.Female on staff yelling at a male employee. She was extremely unprofessional especially in front of customers.Chicken sandwiches were good but french fries were cold and certainly not their crispy fries.

Ordered breakfast through doordash and was amazing. Everything was hot and tasty

Just left from here about 20 minutes ago and the food is horrible steal bun and fries the fires been fried more than once looks like it’s been sitting all day I understand short staff but food is the main course guess I will eat elsewhere!

Ordered from the mobile app and it charged me twice. Pulled up and told the employee I had a mobile order but it charged me double and before I could explain she interrupted me to take it up with door dash. I corrected her that I ordered from the Wendy’s app and she said then I can’t help you. That was a slap in the face, and I sat at the speaker for a good 5 min until she said pull up to the window. Kenya was the employee and thanks to her Wendy’s you get a 1 ⭐️

At 6:20 pm I walked up to the outside door and it was locked. I saw a group of people at a table inside eating, so I decided to try the inside door to get in. As I was walking around, I saw an employee walk to the door and lock it, right in front of me, although there was still a group of people eating inside.I drive a truck that cannot fit through the drive thru, so this was very upsetting to me.I couldn’t find lobby hours posted anywhere, and thought it was weird for them to close at 6:20.

Worst interaction I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. Went through the drive thru for breakfast and I asked the lady if she can do 2 separate orders for a car with 2 vets and she huffed into the mic, clearly annoyed. I decided not to order anything and drove off. She was extremely rude towards a genuine question. She repeatedly said “I can only do one transaction per car”. This Wendy’s will never get my service again

Service was slow and you could tell the drive thru clerk did not want to be there. When I got the order, I noticed something was missing so I told them and they acted like I was inconvenienceing them. Unfortunately I did look thru the rest of the bag and got home and missing the fries. I tried to call and you just get a busy signal. Will definitely drive the extra 5 miles to the clayton one for better service.

Waited 20 minutes just to be told there was only one person working and that it would be a long wait to get food due to large door dash orders. Why do door dash orders take precedence over people waiting in a drive thru? So much for fast food.

Just came from there. 30min wait in line with only 4 cars ahead of me, a little sign saying their speakers weren't working so go to the window (Totally fine, that happens, what's with this wait time though???), they had me order my food and everything only to hit me after all of that with the "Oh, by the way, our card reader isn't working either so cash only." Off all the things you put a sign up for and had me wait for 30mins for """fast""" food, you apologize for the broken speaker but fail to include this??? Oh, exact change only too, by the way, of course.I usually love Wendy's. After a 10 hour shift at work, and especially all that waiting, it took all I had not to act like a full blown Karen to the person at the window. Unreal. Congratz on receiving one of my very few negative reviews.
