I went here quite a bit at least twice a month and door dash a couple of times a month. However on my last order..I placed my standing door dash order with extra sauce. I got the poured on the sauces to find one of them was the hottest sauce they have. I can't do spicy and could not eat the bowl. I called the store and explained the situation. I was told that they would replace it..when I went back a couple of days later. I was told that they will only replace the sauce. Not the bowl. Mind you I was polite about the entire process and I feel like at the very least they should have replaced the bowl since they sent me the wrong sauce. I walked out and bought lunch somewhere else and will not be returning.
Orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and steak are wonderful! Noodles and fried rice are full of flavor! Everything is cooked to order. No a steam table or old food!
Great food! I ordered online the first time and thought it was great. Today I went there and it was even better. Definitely recommend!
If you want bland, go here. I haven’t ever been and I placed an online order. I went to pick it up and asked if they had sauces like to pour over the food… maybe something like white sauce or whatever. So when I ask he’s like no but it has teriyaki sauce on it. And I’m like okay but like a pour over sauce too and he told me both?? So I assumed there was a sauce in the bag but there wasn’t and it is literally like boiled veggies, the chicken has a bit of sauce but pretty dry and the white rice has absolutely no seasoning at all. So basically I was trying to get an extra sauce of SOME SORT but he didn’t seem like care much about helping and didn’t give a clear answer. I see all the reviews about good food and I wish mine was cause it looks really good but is just super bland.
My kids and I ate here yesterday and it was just decent. For three people (2jr bowls one reg) we spent $45. It’s a step under Panda Express don’t think we will be back (the spicy chicken is no where near mild)
Food was absolutely delicious and service was fantastic! Had a great time at this location
Went here with my husband, and the food was awesome! The man who took our order was also really nice. We’ll definitely come back when we get the chance!
My Partner and daughter went here today. We have had many visits here and had great service and kind workers. Today that was not the case. Disappointed greatly. There was not much sauce on the chicken so they asked about it. A man came to see our order and admitted the complaint was valid. However, the man said it would be .81 cents to get more sauce! No way! Words went back and forth and part of that was that the food wasn't hot and all they wanted was sauce. We will not return. This experience was unacceptable.
I have their app and get coupons or offers that can never use. This weekend got a $5 off $20 my order was $35. I’ve had issues before where they would not validate the coupon because It was open before hand so this time I made sure to open it right in front of the cashier. Before I did I asked if I could use it and he said yes. I open it up, it even has a count down, scanner code and the number code. Cashier tries to put it in twice and says he can’t take it. Asked if he could scan it and said no, he can only put in the code to see if it work and if it doesn’t he can’t do anything, He said that they don’t scan because people in past have screenshots and used multiple times. The cashier a young men said he only does what the owner says. I told him “you saw me open it…” and didn’t press him. The food is good here but why have the app and get rewards that you can not use..
A decoration on the wall describes the place as "Seattle Style Teriyaki." I've been eating here off and on for a few weeks. This is my evaluation. The Bowls: Chicken Teriyaki, Chicken Breast Teriyaki, Spicy Chicken, Orange Chicken, Steak Teriyaki, Teriyaki Salmon, Chicken Katsu, Spicy Tofu Teriyaki, Two Proteins All bowls include veggies (broccoli, zucchini, carrots). All broccoli for $1 extra. Choose your base White rice, Brown rice, Fried rice $1 extra, All veggies (Power Bowl), Yakisoba noodles $1 extra, Yakisoba Style ($2.49 extra - noodles, protein, veggies all wok-tossed together) Appetizers Edamame, Chicken Potstickers (6 or 8), Crab Rangoon (4 or 6), Chicken Eggroll Besides the flavors mentioned, they can make anything "Spicy" with a sriracha-based sauce or "Mad Spicy" with a smoky ghost pepper sauce. The Mad Spicy will make your nose run, but it's not hard to handle for a hot hound like me. They can mix flavors (Spicy Teriyaki or Mad Spicy Orange Chicken, for example). Also, the tofu, while only listed as "Spicy Tofu," can be actually flavored Teriyaki, Spicy, or Mad Spicy, like anything else. I like the Teriyaki and Mad Spicy flavors better equally. I prefer the white rice. The fried rice is good and tasty, with no veggies or egg included. The "all veggies" option is good for lowering calories and carbs. The yakisoba noodles are better "Yakisoba Style" or wok-tossed together. The bowls come in three sizes, junior, regular, and large. The appetizers are all good. They have a rewards program through their app. Overall, I like the place. It is a good change of pace. Pictured is the regular size Chicken Breast Teriyaki Power Bowl.
