There wasn't any other customers in the building or in the drive thru but I was still rushed to place my order. I placed it and was specific about what my child wanted and they still got it wrong. They asked me to check the menu and it was right on there but some how we still ended up with cinnamon twists instead of the cinnabon delights. We didn't get our daises we asked for either. I also tried to add a drink at the window which we've done in the past and since there weren't any other customers I am didn't see a big deal in asking. The woman at the window didn't hardly listen to what I said and just said no we don't do that. Well y'all have done it for our family on numerous occasions in the last 7 years with customers behind us so why not today on a slow day? Needless to say, we will drive further for a different taco bell for better customer service. Maybe their food will actually be warm and correct too.
Just have to rave about my experience here. Anaya is amazing! I work in the food industry so I KNOW the staff shortages and headaches happening right now are very real. She went out of her way to accommodate me and couldn’t have been sweeter (especially considering she had a staff of TWO and a full drive thru line)! I hope management or TB ownership sees this and rewards gem employees that thrive under pressure with grace - like her!
Hasn't been good in years. Always slow and gets the orders messed up. And the taste itself, ewww. Not sure if I will ever eat Taco bell again. Yep, that's how bad it was for me. 2 stars because of the workers who did come to work that day to get it done!
Tons of customers trying to walk in today to eat on 2/28 and can't even get in because they LOCKED THE DOORS!!! The mask mandate is over with now and there are no signs or information posted to why we can't be let in!! Unreal and bad customer service!!Update: after being upset about the locked door situation, I decided to grab food through the drive-thru. I got home and starting eating my taco to find the longest hair imbedded into the beef!! I'm so mad and will never be back.
This Taco Hell was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any TB restaurants … period. The wait was longer than typical and my reward were three hard shell tacos that could easily pass for soft shell. Absolutely terrible. If I could have rated it zero stars as an option, I would have done so. Don’t waste your time and money here.
Their service has really changed over the last few months, for the better! Food is as ordered. Dining room is back open. Hours of operation is a little different than usual. Overall, great improvement in staff & management!
I am thoroughly disgusted! My daughter found a fly smashed to the inside of her cup after consuming most of the drink. Also, the chicken bowl which was prepared with rice taste like the food items had been scrapped from the bottom of a pan and thrown into the bowl. I am nauseous writing this review and based off the reviews from other customers, I would definitely advise against eating here.
Every trip gets worse. Bad service 9/10 times if they are even open. I understand they are understaffed but if it's that bad close this branch down and send the decent workers to Chapanoke.
I will never go back to this Taco Bell again. The manager kept forcing me to the cell service kiosk, however, there was a special order that I wanted that was not available on the kiosk. He made me place part of my order on the kiosk, and then made me come back up to him to place the special order. This is unacceptable and he was very rude to me in the process. He kept telling me this is the way Taco Bell wants it. I would like to send Taco Bell. Still has customer service as a priority, but obviously it was not his.
They are always the slowest. I've listened to three songs in my car since ordering with two cars ahead of me and I still have a car in front of me. It's always like this. Management/ownership must not care. I worked in the restaurant business for years and it does not take this long to make food.Unpopular opinion: people are complaining about low wages but they don't even earn the wage they are given.
