Placed an order using the mobile app. Was not ready when I got there but that was okay. I didn't mind waiting while they made the order. What irritated me is when I get back to the office. My order was made incorrectly. I wasn't happy because I knew they would want me to come up there but that wouldn't be an option because I was at work already. I called in and sure enough, he said come up and we'll make you a new one. I told him I could not and whatever, it's fine. I'll just have to deal. The guy then says hold on, I'll see if we can get you one for tomorrow or something. I said sure. He comes back and says, sorry but you have to bring the sandwich back. Bring it back??? For what??? Redistribution? I mean, I assume you're not going to do that and you would've just made me a sandwich so what's the difference? I would've gave a three star review but since the sandwich wasn't done, (something I wasn't going to make a big deal about until what transpired afterwards) I mtook off another star. Jersey Mike's is just a little further up the road. I'll bring my business there.
It was not too crowded and the restaurant was clean but the sandwich with drink and chips was a little pricey for what I received. I hadn't been here in a long time and now I remember why. It wasn't anything special just a Subway Club.

The bathroom was disgusting, as in you couldn't use it at all. The employees are rude, an there is trash on the floor. I will not be returning to this Subway.
