Very friendly employees and very clean shop. Pretty typical Starbucks in terms of operations. Drive thru a little slow, but baristas are very quick. Great place to swing by for a coffee.
It was really a very clean store with all of the staff taking safety precautions during peak of Omicron! Staff was very friendly, efficient, and the refreshing drinks were truly great tasting and refreshing!
I have been wanting to make this review for a long time now but I am convinced this is the best Starbucks in NC. Me and my girlfriend go here just about everyday and have never gotten less than perfect customer service! They have never gotten either of our orders wrong and I will always recommend this store to family and friends.
Love their coffee and customer service fast and friendly if you stop by check out their Carmel ribbon crunch drink it's amazingly delicious!

We regularly visit this location. Typically we go to the drive thru, especially on the way to school and work, but occasionally just because we want a little treat. They're always super peppy on the mic. Fast and friendly.
So I ordered a venti white mocha. They got my order wrong, this has happend twice this week. And some of the staff are rude. Not happy with customer service ?
We sat in the drive thru for 1.5 hours.. for a two cold drink order. And when we FINALLY got to the window, they didn't even have our order ready. You had 90 minutes... and it STILL wasn't ready. That is absolutely ridiculous. And no one even acknowledged or apologized for the wait..
