My chai latte was bussin ?? and my order was completed quickly, but my breakfast sandwich was constructed so haphazardly that I had to reconstruct it when I got home ??
Staff was okay. I watched as they played on their phone while the other girl made my coffee. I then had to go back through because it was made with dark chocolate instead of white chocolate. My sandwich was almost a sandwich if they would've taken the time to put it together but instead my cheese was stuck to the wrapper. I was 1 of 2 cars so they weren't busy...so It was just okay.
Went inside for a drink. I normally would never do this but because the inside was totally empty I ordered a drink I saw online. Pink drink plus cold foam and peach juice and raspberry syrup. The male Barista that rang me up said it was fine after I apologized multiple times for ordering something extra. Another female barista that was behind the counter began to go off about people ordering “gross” mixes and she wishes they would stop; the entire time I waited for my drink she complained about customers orders. the drink was awesome but I won’t go back to that Starbucks again.
That new White Chocolate is superb!! I am not much of a coffee drinker because I don't like the taste of coffee but I love this one! Well done!!!
Extremely happy with the low sugar drink the girl at the window recommended! It was amazing. She was also very nice and had amazing dread locks!

Horrible service I understand that they were busy but at least could have let me know the manager was super rude to me and a uber eats driver the driver was there before me and I got my drink before the driver

My go to Starbucks. They literally no matter how busy they are and can get you in and out in a timely fashion. This is even no matter what time of the day. I highly recommend making this one of your favorite if you live around the corner White Oak area as it is highly efficient and enjoyable.
This Starbucks has the nicest employees that I have ever met. Every time I go they are so nice; we'll chat for a minute while they're grabbing my coffee. I've never had one employee that was just not cheerful. I go every Tuesday in honor of treat yourself Tuesday. :)
