They have got to get a better crew on the weekends, wait 30 minutes to get a drink? This is every weekend. Get a manager on duty who can teach these workers how to make coffee. Also, how can you be a coffee shop and you don't have hot coffee, or cold coffee?
I don't understand why you can shut down a whole store just because one person didn't show up for their shift..? I came in and a woman tells me they're closed and mind you its 3;30pm.

My wife and I usually grab our coffee there after shopping. This morning, Saturday 9/11/21, the location was extremely busy. Two young ladies working were doing an awesome job, working as a team to get customers served as quickly as possible. I offered a tip and it was refused! She told me they were not allowed to accept tips! You should change this policy. I am sure you take care of your staff, however, you should allow customers to do the same. I watched both of these young ladies work and was impressed. Change your gratuity policy, please! Btw, coffee was awesome!

It's a small one in Harris Teeter but they can make it just like the big stores. Even special instructions were addressed without qualm and made to order.
