We have been ordering Half-Rack Baby-Back Ribs dinners for pickup from this location about once every 2 weeks, for the past many months. The wife and I have been splitting the ribs and the two sides that come with them. Always in the past their Ribs have been moist and tasty. On May 14th we looked forward to treating ourselves to a Half-Rack of Baby-Back Ribs dinner. I order online and then drove to the restaurant to pick up our order. The place was packed with a HS baseball team and a number of online orders. So, needed to wait at least 30 minutes for our order. But, OK, I understood the delay. At least the ribs should be hot when I got them and drove home (10 minute drive). We opened the container to split the ribs. They looked a little over baked and had minimum BBQ sauce on them. Then we tried eating them. They had obviously been overcooked and dried out. Some parts were so tough and crisp we couldn't eat those parts. The baked potato was shriveled from sitting in a warming over too long. But, it was edible. But the ribs were a major disappointment. If we had been eating in the restaurant we would have demanded replacement. But, once we have the food in our house, that was not an option. Inconsistency in quality of one's food when ordering for pickup means we will not be ordering pickup food from this Ruby Tuesday's going forward. $18 for a meal that is poor quality is not something we cannot accept. I do not recommend ordering takeout meals from this Ruby Tuesday's, unless you like playing Russian Roulette.
Came here today with my husband for a late lunch. Our waitress was very nice and took our order quickly. I loved the coconut shrimp, mozzarella sticks, and the cheese steak sandwich was delicious. My husband liked his chicken and broccoli too. At the end of the meal, the waitress suggested us getting on an email list to receive notice of special deals etc.All and all we really enjoyed the service and the food.
Let us start with getting seated the boy that sat us acted like he did not even want to be here. Hair was nasty ripped black jeans and never even said welcome to ruby Tuesdays. Now we got seated and waited 20 minutes before someone came over after I had to call them to my table and then she did not even want to wait in us. Next ask same boy for plates for salad bar and had an attitude again.worest serve I have ever had such shifty service
Came in at 8:55pm because it says they close at 10pm. When we walked in the waitress said "we have a 2 top. You can thank the internet for that." We get seated & the same waitress comes over like she didn't just say anything. I asked if they were closed & she said yes. So we left. There wasn't a closing time on the door or anything. That's not how you treat customers especially since "the internet" says 10pm. Never returning. Would give a zero if I could.
Freshness and quality are always a hit or miss at most of the ruby Tuesday locations I've been to. I typically enjoy the salmon ?It is also unfortunate that the salad bar is so much when (i cant speak for others) I've never gotten more than 1 plate of salad because I still order a meal and really just want a nice side salad (lettuce, tomatoe, cheese, crutons, boiled egg). But the side salads don't have hardly anything on them so it's like you have to get the salad bar to get a salad and it's over priced for people just looking for a side salad to go with their meal.
Excellent friendly staff. Fantastic ribs...get the dry rub with honey bourbon sauce on the side. Great raspberry ice tea and very good frozen strawberry margaritas.
Well first of all they were supposed to close at 11. We got there at 9:50 cell time. They would not even sit us and let us order. They offered us take out only. Well where I'm from if you say you close at 11 then serve to the time. If not say on your sign we only take orders until 9:50 even Though our sign says 11. Better off to go to Apple Bee's they seem to be coming back.
I had the most worst experience ever I was sitting at bar eating my food and a roach crawled on the table. I notified someone she came and killed the roach and went and showed the manager. Not one time did the lady or manager came over and apologized or say anything about the situation. So I was angry ask for a Togo box and left. I will never come here again. Only reason I gave it a star was because the bartender was nice.
My husband ended up getting food poisoning from eating here. Being pregnant I’m glad I didn’t but I don’t think we’ll be back any time soon!!
Has been a family favorite. Salad bar(which is disappearing everywhere) so nice . Monday-Friday special with app. Some all day and others before 4p ( another disappearing is full meal lunches open before 5p). Last one open in Wilmington area. Pretty consistent tasty menu. Please continue to have basic seasoning, as very few places serve items different digestive systems can tolerate. We all enjoy dinning out, consider GF, Keto and Paleo, IBS.
