We recently did a bulk order for our office. The online system was down, but the staff was easily able to accommodate our order. They processed it quickly and it was, as usual, delicious.
Came here for lunch with my husband yesterday. The best thing about the visit was our waitress who was very friendly and kept our drinks full. My mushroom burger had nothing but the patty and the mushrooms had made the bun a mooshy, soggy mess. For 2 burgers, 2 lemonades, it was NOT worth $44 not counting in the tip.The prices are just too high in my opinion.
Madison and the Chef (didn't get his name) did an amazing job. The customer service was great and the food was delicious.
Went here tonight with my husband and overall was a very bad experience. When we got here there was a line of people with no one helping us for at least two minutes. When we got sat we ordered and the waitress seemed annoyed with us. When we got our food the fries were overcooked and cold and my blue and black burger was not good at all. I couldn't even taste the blue cheese at all. My husband's chicken sandwich was great but his fries were worse then mine. He LOVES fries (and is not picky) but he refused to eat them because they were not worth the calories. After about ten minutes without service at all we decided to order our dessert into the Zeiosk. When she brought us our dessert we had to ask for a drink refill (we hadn't got any yet) and this was met with a sigh and a reluctant refill. When she brought them she told us "when your ready, you pay here" and we didn't see her again. We work in a restaurant so we are very understanding but this was just not good service or food quality. Disappointed...
We enjoy Red Robin for the food, but we are always impressed by the waitress Stephanie. She is excellent as a server, but always remembers my name no matter how often we come.
It was pretty good. Red Robin burgers are up there on my favorites list.Must not have been out in a while... pandemic time I guess... I was happy to see pizza on the menu. Good for folks in the fam that seem to want pizza when you're cravin a burger.Service was super friendly and drinks were always on time.
Ordered for pickup. I arrived about five minutes after the expected pick up time and let the front staff know I was there and waited to the side. I understand they have a staff shortage and just figured my food wasn't ready so I had no problem waiting. Two people came in to pick up after me and received their food promptly. I waited for someone to come back to the front and asked again if my food was ready but the guy hadn't even written my name down. The food was cold by the time it came out about 15 minutes after I arrived. I wouldn't have minded the wait if the food had just come out but it had obviously been sitting there for a while. I received the wrong fries with my order, they added mayo even though I had asked for none. Husband's pizza was cold and soggy. At least the lemonade was good. This was my first and last time at Red Robin.
Food was hot, fries were delicious, specialty lemonades etc were refreshing! Our seever was great! The burgers had fresh ingredients but the patties didn't taste seasoned. After sprinkling some of their red robin seasoning on the fries and burger, it definitely made everything more delicious (especially the burger moreso). I haven't had enough on the menu to rate it higher, but I would definitely go back!
Burgers were delicious. Cooked perfect and served hot. This location requires Masks. They were very busy and short staffed but delivered great service.
This trip to Red Ribin has been one of my best visits. The restaurant was clean. Service was great. Food was delicious. Someone needs to tell the Wake Forest location how to do it. These guys knocked it out of the park. Yum
