Food was fresh, hot and good but the 5 stars is really for the amazing customer service. Both ladies working at this location were outstanding! Thank you for the great experience! We'll definitely be back!
2nd straight time they got my order wrong. Ordered a large stuffed crust meatlovers (actually, I didn't order it, they looked at my last order and asked me if that's what I wanted again and I said yes) and I got some kind of thin crust (I think?). I'm tired of paying for extras like stuffed crust and not getting it. I have spent thousands $$ at this location....it just isn't what it used to be but I can't pinpoint the root cause.
Even though I had to wait seven minutes for the pizza to be brought to my car, it was piping hot, much better than a delivered pizza. The toppings were very good and tasted fresh.
Awful customer service! I sat at the drive through window while the employees walked back and forth past the window as if I wasn’t there and they even looked at me but never came to the window to wait on so I laid on the horn and they still just looked at me! And the pizza was over cooked and extremely dry! The absolute worse!
There will be no other visits. Have had nothing but problems with our Pizza Hut. Use to love Pizza Hut. Worked at one when I was 16 and met my husband there. He also worked there. They have gone way down hill since then.
These interesting staff members were arguing, crying and extremely unprofessional. I waited over an hour after the app told me my order was ready and it still was not ready. Then I was offered some old traditional wings that looked like someone had eaten some of them instead of the boneless wings I initially ordered. Pizza Hut in this area is truly ridiculous. Then the lady had the nerve to get an attitude and tell me the fryer takes the skin off the wings. More than just the skin was missing off these wings.
I am very disappointed at this Pizza Hut location. I usually come here and pick up my online order. However, today I went to the drive thru and no one was there and I waited 10min still no one. I tried to call the place but was on with the operator for the longest time. So I decided to park to go in and pick up the order but the door was locked and no one was inside. Then another car drove up and 5min later someone came to them and then when I pulled up literally 15 seconds later again no one was there and then someone just walked right on by. I then tried to call again same thing and then someone showed up. I was literally about to leave and cared less about picking up my order. It was just absurdity and ridiculous!
I have recommended this establishment to friends. The customer service was excellent. Pizza was good but I ordered extra pepperoni and it was a little skimpy on the amount given and this has happened twice.
This location is one I have visited many times but my most recent visit was the best I've had in the 5 years that I have lived in this area. I attribute that ENTIRELY to the manager Nikka. She is out of this world amazing. Because of her service I am posting this review because I was thoroughly impressed. Nikka was kind, efficient and moved like lightning to handle customer issues and she was excellent with her staff. KEEP HER!!!!! Thanks Nikka for making this Pizza Hut great and know that your service was amazing! Thank you!
