This was my second time at this location. Staff was friendly and the place is clean. The first time I went they were not busy (only a couple customers in the building) but it took over 20 minutes to get my bagel. Once I got the bagel it was not what I ordered and there was almost no egg on it. I didnt complain as anyone can have an off day, I ate the food and went about my business. Today I went again, still not busy and ordered the same thing, still took 20 minutes or better to get the bagel. It had what I would consider to be the correct amount of egg this time however the bagel did not seem fresh, it was very hard. I dont mean like toasted too long, it was more like it was old and stale. Hard to even compress enough to take a bite. Still the staff is very friendly and the place is clean but it would have been nice to enjoy my breakfast.

Drove up to window to place order. Girl taking order was unable to understand that I wanted a cheese Flatbread pizza with 4 Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwiches and one without Avocado.. while ordering the manager gets on and states that with such a large order if we wouldn't mind coming inside to dine instead.. All 4 Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwiches had no Avocado on them. Cheese pizza barely had any cheese. 3rd time I've had a bad experience at this particular Panera... Will not spend my money there ever again.

They never have enough help. Sometimes the will close mid-day or close the drive up. They will have you pull up to wait for order and never bring it out. The list of negatives goes on and on. How does this pizza make it to a customer looking like this? Very poor management! I would close up shop and reopen once under control with new management & help!

This location used to be good a year ago. They stopped caring about quality. Not only was I ignored by the whole staff when my order on the app said ready for pick up but they got my order wrong. One girl, after 10 mins of standing there trying to get their attention, mind you they kept looking at me talking to them and continued other orders, she climbed on the counter and pointed across the room saying someone had put my bag on a random table. Corporate said they would have the manager call me. I havent heard back from them in almost a month! Never again Panera! Not only that but they got rid of my favorite sandwich and drink.

Never really experienced Panera Bread and all its glory til yesterday. Been coming here DAILY for over a week to eat, drink and do my tax prep. Today Spencer was working and kept the dining area crystal clean and ready for new customers to sit and enjoy their food/beverages. He really added to the experience and even offered to take my dishes when we were done eating. Dined in and enjoyed one of their "You pick 2" specials with a half salad / half soup. The meal comes with a free piece of freshly made bread. Sign up for rewards and get a free pastry! Will definitely be back seeing as how I have signed up for the Monthly Sip Club. Definitely check that out if you plan to frequent this place. It is a heck of a deal. All the staff was super efficient but Mr. Spencer definitely added to the welcoming environment of the place. Seems several repeat customers know him well too. Once you visit a few times, the rewards system will generate coupon specials off of the 'You pick two' and a couple bucks off of a breakfast sandwich. There is both booth and table seating indoors and a lovely gated patio area with tables and umbrellas.NOTE: Only about 5 or so tables indoors offer access to outlets for keeping work stations charging if you decide to make Panera your office area for a few hours. The coffee/tea/fountain drinks are "self serve". Also, if you prefer to warm up a pastry, there is a microwave conveniently located below the coffee station. To adhere to CoVid protocols, Panera sends an sms alert when your food is ready for pickup vs using the handheld vibrating alert devices. If you are eating out on a budget, select a 'Value Duet' $5.99 and you choose salad and soup or soup and half sandwhich with free item (baguette, apple or chips) and add on an additional pastry or desert for just .99.Enjoy!

I came to this location for the first time and am disappointed. The guy serving us was nice, but I ordered an iced chai tea latte and it was not good at all. It tasted like straight milk and no chai. Too expensive not to be made correctly.

The broccoli cheese soup is yummy and the Napa almond chicken salad sandwich is very good!!! The sourdough bread is tasty. I also like the baguette that comes with it.

First of all we normally love Panara bread. My granddaughter and I usually each get two different items and take one home for lunch the next day. When we ordered she got mac and cheese and broccoli cheese soup. I had the bbq chicken sandwich and the fuji salad. Asked for dressing on the side, that was my take home item. We got our food from the counter and sat down to enjoy. We purchased extra baguettes because we like the bread dipped in the soup. I picked up the bread and went to take a bite. I kid you not you could use these for bricks. The soup was very cold and the dressing on the salad, against my wishes. I went up to the counter to tell them about the bread. The girl preparing the orders said yeah it’s supposed to be hard. I told her we are frequent guest and never had bread so hard you couldn’t eat it. She just shrugged her shoulders. I told her the soup was very cold as well. She said ok? I didn’t even mention the salad they ruined. No offer to correct my order. There were only 3 others in the restaurant. We packed up what we purchased and left to go home VERY disappointed. I don’t think we will ever return to that location in Garner. They obviously do not have a good training program

We frequent this Panera regularly. Usually for drive thru, but I'll occasionally meet a date for dine in. Food is good. Panera's bread is always hard though. But I guess you get used to it. Even though their soups has gone viral for the wrong reasons, the broccoli cheddar soup is bangin. It's pretty much all of our favorites. The Mac n cheese is also decent. Flat bread pizza is eh. But I guess you wouldn't expect a real good pizza from a 'sandwich shop'. Overall, we're usually pretty pleased. Although the drive thru line can be a long wait. Kinda wish they'd just move people through it faster by making them wait in a numbered spot if their order is going to take a while to prepare. But what do I know, I still deal with the wait because I'd rather do drive thru in a pandemic most days than eat inside. Although, plus is they offer outdoor seating.

Absolutely horrific. Being short on staff shouldn't mean that it is ok to serve moldy lettuce.
