Went through the drive-through and was asked to pull forward to wait on my food. Got a pizza and a sandwich with mac & cheese. After waiting over 30 minutes starting to get out of my car to go back inside to ask about my order and then somebody was coming out to bring it to me. I had no time to check my order because I was on my lunch break the pizza was not even cooked all the way and was cold I work 10 minutes away. I called four different times between June 8 and June 9 and the phone rang somebody would pick up you would hear them and they would hang up the phone. So I’m leaving a review because I cannot actually get in touch with a manager to see if they would offer me to replace my meal.
The young lady was very abrupt and rude. This first time that this establishment never ask for my Panera number. When I got to the window and stated to the lady. Ya'll didn't ask for number .she stated to me It's a too late. I am not sure if it was the way she stated and delivered the comment .it made me look at her .does this company not trained the proper customer service. I am sitting here bothered and I mean truly bothered.
I really like Panera's menu and this location is very convenient for me. However, there hasn't been a trip to this store over the past several months where they weren't out of items. Things like the soufflés and everything bagels. I almost hate stopping here in the mornings because I know I'm going to be disappointed.
It doesn’t come any worse than this. I’ve tried it three times, hoping #3 would be a charm. Nope. I tried one of their new chicken sandwiches tonight, the chicken was no bigger than the palm of your hand and had to of been sitting in a plastic container all day until somebody, unfortunately me, ordered it. Room temperature, the bread no doubt has been sitting out also forever who knows how long. The tea was at the bottom of the container, all the lemonade drinks were nonexistent, tables were filthy, nobody acted like they wanted to be there, all for the low price of $31.00 for the two of us. If you ever think you may want this, go to a gas station and stick with there food. It’s 10x better than this disgusting place. Stay away! Far, far away! This place is terrible!
Tried their pizza for the first time and it was really good, I definitely recommend trying it if you haven’t yet. I had both of my dogs with me in the drive thru and they gave both of them pup cups, which they loved. Staff was very friendly.
Employees are great! But they always seem to be lacking an ingredient to a dish, or just completely out of something. While I understand this happens, I have came back a week, two weeks later and they still wont have it.
Barely gave me any chicken salad on my sandwich. I want a refund or another sandwhich.

Food was good.However, I went through the drive thru and placed my order. I was asked to park and wait... no problem. 20 minutes later still no food. I had to go inside the store and waited another 7 minutes. While I waited I could hear the employees in the kitchen all making excuses and blaming each other for the delay.The lady at the front counter was extremely helpful and apologized several times. I'm just sorry I did not get her name.The delay caused me to deliver promised lunches10 minutes late to good employees at at a local retail store. They only had 15 minutes to eat.If you are picking up lunch early, go somewhere else.
I had a great lunch with their new vegetable soup and a half of sandwich. I saw their delicious bakery desserts and of course for 99 cents extra I got the chocolate croissant in which I had for breakfast the next morning because I was too full to finish my food. Excellent service, very clean and great food!
