Maybe it's been renovated a long time, I haven't been by, dining room looks great - too bad they were 'out' of mushrooms, green peppers, (tofu-didn't care), fresh (not stale) chips, FORKS (seriously, Target is 100 yards away!), salt, Diet Coke and about half of the other soda liquids. That's the things that I can remember they were out of - and Moe's cups. And now I've learned they've been out of forks at least 24 hours. Ridiculous. Maybe now I DO remember why I haven't been there lately. ?

Walked in and the place was dirty. No one greeted us. Went to order and you couldn’t hear the employee had to ask twice for her to speak up. The meat looked like it had been sitting there for days. Once received food it wasn’t hot. Had to ask the employee who cashed us out for ice bc the ice machine was empty and he pointed to a bucket on the counter that had a little bit of ice in it with a spoon and he started laughing telling us he was sorry but he didn’t know how to fill the ice machine. The counter where the lids and stuff are kept was dirty and a disaster. We’ve been to this location numerous times before and it was always a pleasant experience but tonight was a disaster. We will definitely not be coming back

Disappointed with this visit. There's no Chipotle near me, so I decided to try Moe's. On face value, the offerings looked old - salsas/tomatoes, meat dried out, broken taco shells. I.opted for tacos, one each of the chickens. The plain grilled was the best. The other two, Adobo and Spicy were old, dry. Shredded lettuce old, yellowing.Best part if the meal, was the brewed unsweetened iced tea.

Waited in person for 15 minutes while online orders got prepared. When finally reaching the counter they had run out of the cilantro lime rice and steak. We were told they had no more to make at 7:30 when they close at 10pm on a Saturday. We left without placing an order and took our business to Chipotle.

Visited Moe’s for the 2nd time and had very poor customer service guy who started my order was rude and not friendly at all and had to repeat myself several times with my order

Went in on 2/17 at 630 PM. The entire night shift was extremely unprofessional. They were not attentive to me or my wife’s order and were obnoxiously laughing the whole time. All young girls with no manners, it’s a real bad look for the business! On top of that we paid for a large Queso and in the horseplay and laughing they missed it and never gave me it. Management needs to hire new people or teach the ones they have how to act in a work place.

The resteraunt was fully staffed with at least 6 people. and the tables were dirty, floors were littered with trash and dirty. Employees on there phones and not helping customers. Newly renovated, still a very trashy place. First visit here in over a year.will not return.

Order a homewrecker wrap and bowl with chicken on door dash food arrived with no meat (literally just rice and beans) super annoyed when you are tracking macros and needed the protein. Had to throw the meal away or it was going to ruin my tracking for the day. But they were so kind to refund me $4 for the chicken when I threw away $30+ of rice and beans!!!!!!

Stopped coming here a year ago and decided to try again. Skimpy on the meat, rice not fully cooked and looks 3 days old. Chicken is dry. The only thing that was good out of my $12 bowl was the guac, cucumbers and lettuce.

Now I see why there are several bad reviews, today I was told that customers had to bag their own food!? I don't work there! Ive given this place so many changes, im back to Chipotle now, done.
