This place continues to spiral down. Half of the staff are improperly dressed (hygienic) and wandering around aimlessly avoiding work while customers wait endlessly. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting with no paper towels or waterless hand cleanser. No leadership on site to address issues... or, like the staff, just don't care. I won't be back.
Worst experience ever! Went there at 2: 15 pm today (Saturday May 21st). Ordered through the Mobile App for Curbside pickup because the drive through was really backed up. It took them 20 minutes to get my order to me, I had cold groceries in the back seat so I was concerned they were going to go bad), no apology for the wait no smile, nothing just handed me my food and walked off. I get they were busy but 20 minutes?! On top of that I get home (10 minutes down the street) and the food was ice cold!! We won't be going back to this location anytime soon if ever. I strongly recommend the upper management rethink the people they hire...
Had a big order and we had to wait a bit, but the order was correct and super hot and fresh. Their milkshake machine was also working as well. ?
I go to this Mcdonalds all the time because of its convenient location but I often times have to sit in my car waiting for them to finish my order. It could be something like a mcdouble, nuggets and fries, very simple but I still get told to wait. I can't really complain about the food other than sometimes the fries are cold or limp but that's about it.
I ordered a McMuffin and got a Biscuit and when we went to call the store to explain to them what happened, we were hung up on. Not good service.
Three or four cars went through in one lane while the other lane wasn’t moving at all at the drive through. Interrupted excessively while giving my order, then told to pull forward (at the side door) for them to bring my order out. No one gave us our drinks before being told to pull forward and the person that brought the food out didn’t bring drinks. I explained that we were missing our drinks and she looked confused, took my receipt and went back inside. Someone else came out with our drinks but we were still missing a bottle of water. I explained to the staff member that we were missing a bottle of water and she said, “I don’t know if you paid for it, I’m just doing what I was told.” I told her that I understood that, but I did pay for it and I was still missing it, to which she threw her hands up and walked away and again stated “I don’t know if you paid for it.” As she walked away, I asked if she was refusing to bring my drink out and went inside behind her. After going inside, NO ONE knew what was going on, they were making me four more drinks and said they were about to bring them out. I asked who I needed to speak to regarding the staff member questioning whether or not I paid for a water and refusing to bring it out, and they all just stared at me. Unacceptable. Unprofessional. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, and I have three kids, so that’s a lot! Will not return to this location. Who’s in charge here?
The snout of employees y’all be having standing around and hiding in the bathrooms there is no reason why the bathrooms should be nasty. Food was dry and stale again but it’s McDonald’s what do you expect lol
I live less than a mile from this McDonald’s, so we’ve been there a lot. While it’s never been amazing, the speed, service and food used to be better before the pandemic. I understand that many places are short-staffed, but this McDonald’s has become the worst one ever. The lines are long and move slowly. If you go in, the service is slow and the dining room is disgusting. On several occasions I have waited in the drive-thru while other cars go through, even though I arrived ahead of them. And then they will ask you to wait for your order even though they have the food already made. Every time I go, there are several people “working” which entails them just standing around. After my last experience with racial profiling, I finally reported them to corporate and I won’t be going back.
This place sucks. The workers are rude. The food is just smashed together and it takes more time waiting than a by other fast restaurant.
When I say every time my family and I order from this restaurant they mess up our order, this is absolutely no exaggeration.During Covid and Online School, admittedly this specifc McDonalds became a multiple visits a week choice, proximity and convenience.But, between forgetting to add straws to an order or sending absolutely cold food. Between disregarding the basic instructions of what one wants on their order or simply not sending it with the DoorDashers, hell, or blaming it on the Dashers/Drivers, I swore I would not order from this location again...Unfortunately, needed a quick option due to some current events in our lives and made the mistake of thinking, someone at this restaurant has to be competent or have some pride about what it is they offer to the community. Sadly no.Our food was ice cold, from the fries to the burgers and nuggets we ordered.We ordered Frappé's and these lazy, inconsiderate folk couldnt take the time to blend the ice for the "Frappés".I dont care if my family was starving, I will NEVER waste my money at this restaurant again. I absolutely suggest you do the same! You will absolutely 100% of the time be disappointed, frustrated.This restaurant is located at one of the poorest locations imaginable, causing havoc on the local community's traffic flow.Bulldoze this location to the ground!
