I’m not sure if I should be the one to blame, but more often than not my order is incorrect. I’ve become accustomed to triple checking my food when I receive it. This most recent time I asked for a simple egg and cheese biscuit combo. The bag contained a biscuit with the ticket item listed as “ add American cheese”, so it was just a biscuit with cheese added... No hash brown either. I go here for breakfast because traditionally the food is decent, quick, and a decent price (plus the line is way shorter than Chik-Fil-A)…
I have been going to this McDonalds forever an it has been great. Food is great too, but today I had an awful experience.Went through drive thu and the guy that took my order was wonderful, but not the lady that gave me my food.Manager, please put suitable people that are willing to value costumers.It is not nice to hand food over with attitude especially when you are being greeted nicely. Even though I was given the wrong order I was patient. She handed the other bag with an attitude and rolling her eyes. I understand it can be a busy morning, but that is not a reason to make upsetting faces to costumers especially on a wonderful Thursday.I really hope other costumers don't get mistreated by Beyonca.
I love McDonald's, but yesterday I almost pulled off leaving my paid for order.All because the young man who was suppose to be training was left by himself at the beginning of evening peak hour... Smh!!!Poor young Man.. He took it in stride tho....Proud of that...
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ewww. I went to place my order through the drive through and I told the lady I wanted a fresh apple pie because the one they gave me last time said fresh by 10:13am and it was evening time when I got it. So the lady at the drive thru said “so u want us to make ur apple pie fresh and ur willing to wait 10 minutes for it?” I said yes. She said “pull up”. I pulled around. Saw 2 people in the back laughing and joking around..cursing with eachother..showing eachother videos in their phone and eating (where they make our food at!) Not to mention after 20 minutes of waiting outside still no apple pie i has to go in and ask for it. Like WHAT IN THE WORLD! Then I asked if they had any Siracha sauce and the manager said no and the other employees came and just started laughing. I’m so confused but this place definitely needs a different manager who believes in structure in the workplace. These KIDS working here think they are coming to play and not work. Shame on the manager and shame on the people working here. Always a poor experience whenever I come here so today will be my last.
Great location — very friendly staff, and very clean!
After several attempts to get my order right(and 3-4 minutes sitting at the payment window), including the supervisor trying to be cute and ringing up in such a way that my total due went up $2.00 instead of down for a coupon on the app, I got super frustrated and told them to just cancel the whole order. They couldn't even figure out a way to correct an issue with a 79-cent coupon!!!
This place is the only Location I go to. Always fresh food, incredibly charismatic & devilishly charismatic employees. What’s there NOT to love about this place?
the person who is in the window is quite rude needs training how to treat people not try to throw food at you now we know why people don't have bad service we know if they don't like their work with people they should look for another job 06/02 /22. 12:18
Ordered iced coffee...very bitter:( ordered a cinnamon roll...very hard and dry, dis not taste good at all. Bummed!
Bad Service. Rude disrespectful management. This cost them the bag of about $40 worth of food I did not order I paid less than $5 for.
