I just stopped in, ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese that was missing the second patty. I will leave a review through the receipt as well. Overpaid by $.90 given that I got a quarter pounder, not a double.Edit: After taking a bite, the meat was undercooked as well.
This place has gone downhill... not sure why the drive thru dude is asking one word questions... "sauce?"..."drink?". It is really half @$$ service even for a fast food joint. At the end he said nothing so I retorted with, "Total?" Remodeling should have been put on hold while customer service and burger making skills would have been a more worthwhile investment. The final employee who gave us our food was complete opposite. She said her name was 'Skittles'. She even provided straws for the kids' chocolate milk. I noticed there was soda on the lid of my drink as she picked it up to give it to me. She paused and wiped it dry before passing it. She was on top of her game. The guys in the back need some talkin' to though. Ordered April 1st around 830pm.
Went through drive thru a little after nine pm and got chicken nuggets and a double cheeseburger. They only gave us one sauce for twenty nuggets despite me asking for several types. The workers evidently did not want to make a fresh double cheeseburger so they threw another meat patty on a regular cheeseburger. It was cold, missing a slice of cheese and had no pickles. I’m shocked that employees would add items to older food and give it to customers.
The team member Mekayla is HORRIBLE, RUDE, NO PATIENCE... I wanted to cancel my order so bad but my kids were hungry. If she didn't want to be at work, she should have CALLED OUT! I despise bad customer service! Idc where you work. If your job is to serve, make sure you serve with a good attitude. Rant over...
They expect customer to know when deals change. I ask for a 2 for 3 and wasn’t aware that they menu changed.
I feel 3 stars is generous and the only reason it’s getting 3 is because there are several employees here that are very friendly and attentive. There are also some that are the opposite. When i ask for ketchup, one gentleman in particular, seems annoyed that i asked and won’t say a word to me. I’ve been through there a couple times at 8 PM and they were already closed. I’ve never had any issues with the food but i have had to go back in for missing items a few times but it was never an issue they gave me my missing item.
I've been to this McDonald's a handful of times over my lunch break and it's always been efficient, friendly, and of quality
I go here for my kids and wife. I don't eat much fast food but when I do I do get something from this McDonald's specifically bc they have always done their best with a smile on their face and head held up. But this one gets the order right 98% of the time and they go through the line at a decent rate most of the time. I get at the moment every where is short staffed and they can only do so much so fast. And I would rather take a little more time and have my order correct and hot when I get home. Over fast and nasty.
This place is always busy and understaffed so they are a little slow. Otherwise good.
