Always pleasant when dining at Logan’s my favorite is the any and everything salad with salmon sometimes the order will get mixed up and I’ll get bacon when I ordered no bacon but they’ll make it right the food and it’s quality have been right every time customer service is good and it’s like they never missed a beat since allowing people back Inside to dine the fresh rolls and butter are the best you shouldn’t be disappointed
It had been forever since we stopped in here and gotten something to eat. No reason why just hadn’t. Went on a Saturday around 2:30 and there was a 20-25 minute wait. ? We don’t drink but asked if we could sit at the bar and we could with no wait. Bartender was great. Very nice and on top of things. Service was fast and our lunch was great. We’ll be going back when we’re in the area.
First time I've been to any Logan's and I am in awe pure bliss of the 5 stars I feel I must leave for truth to be told. Seth and Francesca, Thank you. I don't believe I've ever had a more pleasant experience or atmosphere. Thank you all for your excellent customer experience skills. The food was beyond delicious, incredible actually. All in all I couldn't be more proud of the human race after visiting this location. It's only once in a blue moon I will ever be able to attest to this! Thank you Logan's,❤️?
Visited recently on Mother's Day. Was very unimpressed. My family used to eat at another Logan's in WV all of the time and it was good. This was not the same. Steaks were not cooked as ordered. They were way over cooked. The kids meal came with six french fries....six. It was Mother's Day so I didn't complain. The server had already told me that the kitchen staff would be upset if I requested to get a side salad instead of the broccoli I originally ordered. I didn't want to make the kitchen staff mad. I just shared my fries with my kids, ate my shoe leather steak and paid the bill. We won't go back to this Logan's again. The bill was waaaaay too big to have such poor service and low quality food.This has nothing to do with Logan's but I think this is most chain places these days. Around here it seems you have to go local to get good food.
We visited the restaurant today to eat steaks.They were good and well seasoned. The waitress was nice and kind ! The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because my brother's ribeye steak was overcooked the rest of the food was delicious.
My daughter recommended this restaurant to us when we visited her in Raleigh. We got there, was greeted very pleasantly. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait for a table of 6, but the wait time was much less. Outstanding food and awesome customer service! Will definitely visit again next time we're in Raleigh!
Not a long wait less than 10 minutes if that. Our waitress was fast and attentive. Food came quick and was good. ?One steak went back to cook a bit longer but no other issues!

Went to Logans last night for the very first time and the absolute best experience! My server went above and beyond with her customer service as well as her professionalism. I never leave reviews but I had to this time because of the stellar experience all thanks to Melissa Southernland. I was far away from home but the environment within this restaurant and her service made me feel as if I was right at home! Mrs. Traci Hughes was also involved with my experience and she was also impeccable. I specifically asked for their names so that I could publicly share how wonderful they truly were! Not to mention, I am a picky eater & made plenty of special requests and everything came out perfectly. I couldn't have found a better restaurant to visit while in Garner! So, thank you Melissa and thank you Traci for your impeccable customer service, professionalism and conversation. We shared LOTS of laughter!
The service was fantastic!! They have a fantastic staff. I ordered the grilled chicken breast with a sweet potato. The chicken was okay; it could have been better. My main issue is that the restaurant could have been cleaner (the floor). However, I understand that it was an hour before closing. Nonetheless, you never know who may walk through the doors. Abd, therefore, keeping the place clean at all times should remain a top priority. Despite those hiccups, I will return and give them another chance because the service was terrific.
