Waited over an hour and a half for our food. We were told there were some delays, but not to that extent. Food was thrown together and not well made. Some in our party were missing items. Others in the party asked for some resolution or at least a small discount and we were told nothing could be done.Updated:The manager was kind enough to call and discuss the situation and work to make things right. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism.
I was super excited to try this place because of the reviews and the food looked great from the pictures.... however it was apparent that as soon as we stepped into this establishment that my friends and I were not welcome.We walked in and decided to give the place a chance although it was pretty empty. There were alot of people outdoors listening to the live band and drinking. When we walked in we were told to sit ourselves but before we could sit we were immediately told by someone else that the kitchen was closed. Imagine our surprise because this wasn't said to us by the other employee who told us to sit ourselves plus I had called earlier that day and asked what time they closed. I can't judge the food I never ate but as my friends and I walked out to leave we saw a lady receive a plate with fresh fries and food. ? I had never felt so unwelcome before in my life. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
My wife and I like coming here for bands abd just a night out. Our negative feelings are minimal, inconsistent hours, half the parking lot still closed and tables outside for COVID reasons when these restrictions are long gone. Service is 100% better but still understaffed The tall blonde bartender is great she stayscon top of everything and the guy who helps her is good also. The floor wait staff is not very good always hangin out in the little room by dart boards and you have to chase them down for your order. This place has so much potential to bad it seems like no management.
Had a great meal here wish we were able to hear bands playing. If you are ever in the neighborhood this is the place to go. Also met some new local patrons.
Can't fathom how much money I've spent at Locked and Loaded. Been coming here for years and YEARS sometimes with as many as 20-30 others. Seems they aren't open in the evenings even when they have published hours shown as "updated within one week'. Tonight is the fourth time we've made a plan with others to come on a Thursday night. Oh well, it was a nice run. I'd suggest you call ahead to see if they are really open, or just go someplace else.
Had fish and chips. They were cooked perfectly. Wife had hamburger, and it was excellent. Atmosphere was real nice and waiter was real friendly, and checked on us frequently. Would recommend to everyone to go and eat there.
Waitress switched tables on us because her REGULARS sat in another area. Food came out 2 people at a time 15 minute intervals 6 of us was told kitchen was overwhelmed but the party that our original waitress left us for which arrived after us was served all at once NEVER NEVER Again will we go there should have gone to moon runner’s

hell yeah. pool tables, great wings, beer? other food was good. they actually still have burger and wing deals. one of the best. wish they would build one near holly springs!!
Wednesday night is $1 wing night and from 7-9 there is trivia. They need more servers but the ones that they have are good- it takes a while to get a drink but they offer good bar food
