I order my pizza at 616pm on the phone so i could pick up and go. She told me 15 to 20 mins. I was leaving Raleigh. I've already been here for 10 mins and it's 646 and still no pizzaCashier very rude. No change only bills. So, short my change. An older gentleman came in and asked when thier regular pizza would be ready. She told him 15 to 20 mins. He's still waiting for them and some just walked in got a regular pizza and gone. Very disorganized and rude staff. Hopefully the pizza will be worth it. ?♀️?♀️?? i got my pizza at 658. 3 other people walked in and NOBODY took thier order. They been waiting over 15 mins.
Every time me and the family order from this little Caesar’s and get our hopes up the food will be ready on time and it’s always a let down. Place an order online tells you a time to pick it up and I’m being nice when I say an hr. To fix 1 pizza, I wings, and cheese bread. Very disappointed in how the service is handled and I don’t really leave bad reviews at all. I have attempted to try and forgive them maybe for staffing issues but when you walk in and 9 people in there waiting on food and I’m stuck outside and not one person has come to the counter in 20 minutes to even help guest and the look on the customers face in disgust. This will be the last time I utilize little Caesar’s. I recommend going to a pizza chain that values customers and values time.
Horrible. I walked in and there was just one employee working. After awhile, she finally asked what I wanted and I said I just wanted a pepperoni pizza. She said it would be just 4 minutes. She obviously has no concept of time because 20 minutes later, I heard her fussing. She took what I assumed was my pizza since I was the only one left in the store and boxed it up and put it in the waiting bin for another customer. She then said sorry, just 3 more minutes. I was hoping it wasnt like the other 4 minutes. In about 5 minutes, she brought me my pizza and she did apologize but this was terrible service.
Ok so we tried it again after yrs and yrs. The pizza was great thin crust is really thin. We have had both regular and thin and we prefer regular. Wings are really good too. Go figure!!
Had a good experience at this location vs the one in garner which was terrible. How I know, my children never lie lol. In Garner, the cheese pizza was dry and not cooked all the way. This location was on point and that batman pizza was outstanding!
Even seeming under staffed bit with new employees the young man in charge was very friendly, got all orders taken quick & food was hot & delicious & correct. Over all a great experience. I would definitely eat there again!
I often come here when going through the area for a quick and what I assumed was simple pepperoni pizza. Almost every time that I come through I’m waiting 20+ minutes for one pizza. It doesn’t matter how many other people are in the store; it’s ALWAYS a long wait. They really need to train their people better or something. I’m done coming here for now.
I'm here waiting for a pepperoni pizza and I've noticed, around 6:40 p.m. (for any management to be able to look at the cameras for proof) that not one employee was wearing gloves and they were touching food products while boxing them up. I'm absolutely disgusted! Who knows what they've been touching and especially with COVID-19
Not one to leave nasty reviews, experience in the food industry so I understand mistakes happen. This was one of the worst experiences ive ever had. I stop by because im in a hurry and want something quick. There is nobody in the whole building other than me. All i ordered was a pepperoni (hot and ready???). 15 minutes go by and no sign of my pizza. After 20 minutes the girl pops her head back and asks if she already took my order (I’m the only person that has come in for 20 minutes?!). I politely respond yes. I then see her start to make my pizza! After 25+ minutes i finally get my pizza and she asks is this all you got? I was in disbelief. Its not over. When i get home i find out she didnt even CUT THE PIZZA. I understand things happen but this worker must have been on drugs. Very disappointed. If she offered me a free drink or side or warned me that the pizza wouldnt be ready for a while, I wouldnt have left this review!!! Wow!!!
I ordered 3 pizzas. But before I did I asked the gentleman about an offer up on the board for multiple topping pizzas. Price was 6.49 per pizza. I wanted to know how many toppings did that cover. He answered..i don't know. I ordered two three topping pizzas and a pepperoni. 28 dollars and change. If your going to work the front counter...know what your talking about or find out. Pizza was ok. A few bubbles...gotta perforate the uncooked dough.
