I was driving my car so could not order online. I tried calling this store multiple times and either got hung up on or put on hold for almost 10 minutes, then got hung up on. I get there and can see at least six staff members milling about. I poke my head in the door to ask if they have any "Hot and Ready" pizzas; I get ignored. I went in the store and stood at the counter for several minutes and got ignored. I finally get someone's attention, and no, they do not have any pizza. Pathetic customer service.
Like Pizza Hut and other fast food joints, Little Caesar's national TV ads aren't honored here.Be prepared to pay a lot more for the same old same old.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I waited over 30 minutes and still did not receive my order and or an apology. The manager, she never apologized. She explained that there is 25-30 wait time. That isn’t visibly posted anyplace inside or outside of the establishment! Tue staff lacked effective communication skills ! My order was never called back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am livid! Shame on you for wasting my time!
I absolutely love this little caesars. I order food from here at least once a month! They have always made my food on time and always hot and ready! Today I order 2 pepperoni pizzas with Buffalo wings with crazy bread and was so good as always! They never have disappointed me and I’m so happy they are open! The staff is very friendly and clean and seem to have a nice environment!! Always pleased with our purchases every time!! Love you little caesars pizza!! ?
Mr. Anderson here at this location is a great guy, full of hospitality. Helped me get my food and made sure I was fed for the night, no questions asked. Thank you very much, guy!
If you want to get an idea of how important customer feedback is to a business, read the reviews to see if the business responds to its customers. Yeah, not gonna happen here. I called the store last night to let them know the app was not allowing online orders...when the worker picked up, they said "We are taking walk-in and online orders only" and hung up. Didn't even give me the chance. I called right back and told her that she may get away with that with other customers, but not me. She said, "I have all new employees." I said, "that is not an excuse to hang up on customers without asking them any questions, see why they are calling, etc". It's always something with this place, whether it's their new policy of not answering the phone after 9 when they close at 10, etc. NEVER AGAIN. Xavier makes a good pizza, so there's that...

Poor Custermor service. They forgot all about my order as they are talking and joking around in the back. They literally came up to me and what you wait on.
Tried to purchase a Christmas gift card stocking stuffers only to be told neither the employees or general manager know how to add money to gift cards. Seems like that would be a pretty important training point!
Cheap inexpensive dinner everyone likes. There's something for everyone and pizza already ready to go.
