Wait was fine in drive thru, but what wasnt fine was Miss Monique, the manager's, attitude. I politely request no pickles on my sandwich then asked if its got mayo to which her response was "it says on the sign whats on the sandwich!" You think I wouldn't know this by looking right at the menu. I drove here, I can see the menu. When I get to the window, she's dry as a lost person in the middle of the desert.My advice to her.. You should apply for the DMV.. you'd do better in that atmosphere, you're not cut out to work in customer service.Sandwich was good tho

The best chicken sandwich of all. I have been disappointed because I have been unable to get my fav crispy chic wings. Evidently I'm not the only one who loves them. Did not purchase anything.
Only two people working. Doing the best they can.If you order on the app, you will have to wait in the outdoor ordering line anyway.
I mostly go there at my aunts request. She is 87. She loves the original recipe chicken. I like it too.

The staff was great! The hot wings were dry and not tasty as if fried twice. I purchased 12 ate 3. Tossed the rest. Disappointed.
The amount of times they “forget the cookie” is ridiculous happened for the tenth time today like when I pay for the fillup I’m also paying for that to it literally comes with it. It’s pretty much laziness honestly.
This is one of the best KFCs in the area. The one on Hwy 42 is always a disappointmemt.
