Great new building.. expanded .. very open and bright .. heads up been sun shades at the sushi bar and needed .. warm and sun in your eyes .., still not sure about the menu being only by scanning the code .. has no prices .. not good …there but love love the pics of the food ..

SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE…no one knew what they were doing or even if they had any tables ready…the guy that waited on us was GREAT, although we can tell there was a lack of communication between the kitchen staff and the servers..All meals are supposed to come with a appetizer of shrimp, I ate with my mom and brother and our appetizer was 2shimps each ??& our meals came with rice and noodles our meal with rice came b4 we ever got our noodles after being told we might not even receive our noodles bc they were being washed…when the noodles came they were hard..my mom got Hibachi Chicken and her Chicken was too salty.
Mediocre service, horrible communication from front desk hostess, all if them!Superb and excellent service from Barback manager Barb or Par (was fairly loud so unsure if I got her name correctly) who ensured to make our experience seamless and continued to follow up after getting us seated after waiting for 1.5 hours.Chefs were great. Food was good and portions are large!
GARNER: Restaurant HOT. Long wait for chef to come (this i understand). Vents not on over food. We were 'smoked' entire meal. Rice not fully cooked. Floor slippery. I know this restaurant is about to relocate. Would have been best to CLOSE rather than lose customers and waste their (customers) money on this high dollar meal that wasn't up to par. Shame on Kaze.
The service was mediocre but the one cooking was entertaining and engaging. I did not order any hot food and ordered only two rolls that came to $35. I would pay this for the best sushi I have ever had but.....it was not great. The people that ordered the hot dishes seemed to enjoy them but sooooo much food. You also get noodles and rice with it which seems like overkill. The bill was high for sure.
My office had a lunch meeting and we decided to get Kaze'. We were easily able to send our order through the catering email. The meals were packaged and labelled for each person. And the food is delicious. Thank you Kaze'!!!!!
Food was great. However, not coming back here again. If you choose to have hibachi entertainment, be prepared to choke on the bill (family of 4 - $250). Majority of prices are not listed on the menu and the hibachi menu is listed in a very vague way on purpose . I thought it was just us until we saw tables around us being just as upset when given their bill. I feel terrible for the waiters and them having to calm people down/explain their tab charges. I am sure it messes with their tips ?. This includes the cooks at the hibachi tables. Our expected tab that was around $120-150. Fix your menus!!! People dining in and people working there are getting cheated while the owner is cashing in ?
Girls lunch! We did an adult share at the hibachi grille. Normally we do this and the portion sizes are appropriate to 1 person, the veggies this time we were literally able to count each onion & zucchini piece on our plates. The server had to continuously repeat our order and still brought the wrong salad & the chef seemed confused by her order taking as well. The food was excellent, always is. The chef did great! Overall, we enjoyed it. We also got the firecracker shrimp appetizer, very good.
