Place was absolutely disgusting the glass where they make your sandwich was splattered with stuff. Seems like it hasn’t been cleaned since grand opening. The case where they store the whole meats and cheeses was also very dirty there was a random slice of cheese thrown in there just on top of the whole packaged meats and a piece of ham.The prep station looked like it needed to be wiped down really bad there was tons of food spilled out. One of the girls came from back to replace the lettuce and she could have wiped around it before dropping in the new one. Just seems like everyone is doing the bare minimum here and no management to look after them. Trash was spilling out behind the counter i think the cashier could’ve have made her self useful for that instead of just standing there waiting for sandwiches to be made. Honestly contemplated just stopping them while making my sandwich and walking out a few times I was pretty grossed out I couldn’t get pictures because there was a lady right behind me. Sandwich was decent nothing wrong with it but definitely didn’t enjoy it as much because I kept thinking about how nasty all the employees must be at their job with it looking like that. I do love jersey mikes but I’ll stick with 40/42 or Smithfield I’ve had great experiences there!
Everyone was so pleasant and nice even though we came in 20 minutes before closing . ? I hate doing that. Sub was amazingly good and steak salad bowl hubby hot was awesomeness! Thanks yall! You will now be my go to!
Was in Garner location. Able to order easily. Was accurate, quick. Not too busy mid afternoon so able to eat in and feel safe.
We ordered online and went to pick it up and someone stole it off the counter. Jersey Mike's needs to keep the food behind the counter. The need to change there process. Not happy with the way it was handled. Guy at counter told my husband he would have to wait for a new order. Why should he have to wait. It is not his fault it got stolen.
Bought lunch for the office and everyone is displeased with how the food was made. Literally opened my wrapper and this is what I found. It made a mess too.
Always have to wait at least 10 min on sandwich after online order while walk up orders keep coming in and leaving. I'll get my sandwich orders at 40/42 for now on. They forgot my chips, I was glad I looked before I left. This location is in need of better management and ownership. Very disappointed everytime I come to this location. I won't be coming back.
Not enough of some ingredients on the sub, others missing. Usually better service at this location. A lot of new faces.1/1 figured I would give them another chance. Ordered online. I arrived 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I waited 20 more minutes. Still not right. Portabella mushrooms missing, and I asked before I left the store. Should have opened the sub and looked.
I don't know if this is typical here, or if the employees were still in a food coma from Thanksgiving the day before, but I stood there for an unreasonable amount of time watching them prepare orders in slow motion--literally half the speed I would expect any kitchen worker who wants to keep their job to move.
I phoned my order in, lady said 5 minutes. I was there, walked in, place had 7 people behind the counter working. I was at pick up station, lady asked me my name, she said it’s not ready they have others before you but has me pay. As I’m waiting, 3 others come in n pick up n about 15 people come through the line and leave!!! I guess the manager comes up and asks me my name n what I ordered, I tell her 2x I want extra mayo and said this is the 2nd time I’ve come in here and there has been a problem, but no more! I finally get my sandwich n get to the car——NO MAYO!!! Worst place ever!!!
I’m currently eating in the restaurant. There are 4 younger workers behind the counter acting pretty inappropriate. They are cursing and laughing really loud F words n all. Everyone in here can hear them. One of them is vaping behind the counter. Another one literally just put his hands down his pants…. This place is disturbing would not recommend
