Me and my fiancé placed a mobile order at noon on Tuesday may 31st and when we went to pick it up it wasn’t quiet ready yet. The employee let us know that it would be out soon. While I was waiting I watched all the employees haul a**. They were super busy, yet they were all extremely polite and working well together to get all the orders done, especially the employee at the register who was doing what seemed like 100 things at once and still managed to be friendly and give great customer service. I don’t know how much they’re making, but it’s surely not enough. I highly recommend this Jersey Mike’s and just wanted to give a shout-out to the awesome people working there!
They need to focus on the online orders, there was multiple things missing on the order i had to drive all the way back from clayton
I wish I knew her name but the blonde girl from tonight shift was amazing! I came in close to close and she was running the meat station and toppings. very professional in a fast-paced environment!

I was super impressed with our experience today. The staff was patient and helpful- and when our son misunderstood what would be on his sandwich and was disappointed? They made him another sandwich at no charge. This was well beyond our expectations. We will be back!
I visit this restaurant every week. I feel like part of the family there. I walk in and 90% of the time they know exactly what I'm going to order. The manager Dave is great. The crew is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. I love jersey Mike's!!
I love Jersey Mike’s their subs are the best but the employees at the Garner BC store are lazy and don’t want to do their jobs . I wanted a Tuna but they did not want to reload on the Tuna for the after lunch rush…Highly disappointed.
100% sanitation grade! Awesome! Order the wrong number meal. They switched it out and took care of us. Replaced my mistake with a smile and no extra charge. Satisfied and felt well taken care of. This location has become our go to spot for sure.
Sandwich was great. Place is clean. Odd to have employees standing their waiting while one person took orders and was the only one slicing meat for sandwiches. Poor management drops that 5th star, but we will be back.
