Just plain terrible service. Three guys standing around not doing and can’t even get the order right. And then give me an attitude because I was upset because it’s wrong The manager was terrible. He’s the one with the biggest attitude although he was the only one apologizing for the mistake. I will never be back but they don’t care The new customer service they don’t care about you. Just reading some more bad reviews that I see I’m not the other one that thinks their attitudes are terrible . I could agree more the worst service I’ve ever gotten a jersey mikes ever!!!!!!!
Online orders are not ready when you arrive, bad customer service and no communication about order.
I would like to commend the entire staff at this location for their services on March 30, 2022. I went during a lunch rush on a day where they were very busy due to a promotion that they were running. While my wait was longer than expected, the professionalism shown by these folks during this extremely busy and stressful day was amazing. They handled the lunch rush with such ease and professionalism that you do not see very often anymore. To top it off, the sandwich still came out amazing and warm. Shout out to these people!

Worst service I ever got at Jersey Mike's on Timber Drive Garner NC the employees were rude no one smiled kept asking me what I want on my sandwich and still didn't get it right will not return!!!!!!!!!
Sandwiches are delicious there is not question about that! You can always tell when someone is brand new because they don’t put the right portions on the sub. It seems like every time i go in there they have someone new that can’t make a good sub. Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly.
I went there for a interview. Didn't like the way I waited for almost a hour and some change just to be seen and when one of the managers finally came over they talked about a employee badly that was already working and asked me to join the team. Other then that. Hospitality needs work but the sandwiches are pretty dang good

I decided I would have a sandwich outside of my house and paid almost $18 for a large tuna fish sub way way too expensive and the quality is no better than what I would pay $12 for somewhere else I can assure you I won't be coming here again and will pass the word on to others they're way too expensive I wonder how they even stay in business!
We have recently eaten here twice and enjoyed the subs. I'm a little surprised they don't have a meatball sub or black olives.
