Our order was not correct, we ordered bone in wings, got boneless. Seems like a common problem for all these wing restaurants.

It's just Chili's. (Seriously this is not a separate restaurant)These wings are mediocre at best and are severely undersauced; definitely avoid the dry rub as it's the lightest sprinkle of seasoning.Overall this was multiple levels of disappointing, deceiving advertising, low quality, and poorly prepared.

The chicken was very good.. Jas a womderful taste.. Fries were amazing.. Donut holes were nasty.. Tasted like cornbread

Ordered thru Door Dash. We ordered bone-in, boneless, extra curly fries and the oreo. We didn’t order the smoked but got a mix of them with the order. Wings were over cooked, some of the boneless were so hard they couldn’t be chewed, most of the curly fries were either old or over cooked and were so hard they couldn’t be eaten. The Oreos were burnt. I filed the issue with Door Dash and was only offered a $11 refund. It’s one thing to have a part of the order messed up but for every part of the order to be bad is telling. We won’t be ordering again.

Awful awful wings. Worst in my life. They were clearly made days or weeks ago and microwaved. Beware, this is just Chilis in disguise to fool you into accidentally ordering from them.

So I’m not one to really ever leave reviews but I have to say I was very disappointed! Mainly because of just the lack of communication and just disorganization. The food was also not worth what we went through. We wanted this place because we heard they had fried Oreos. Come to find out this is a part of “Chili’s” restaurant.... We ordered online and were told our pick up time was 7:45pm. We didn’t receive our food at curbside pick up until almost 45 minutes later! Every time the curbside employee came out they’d say they’d check on it but then never gave us an update and would breeze by us until we’d got there attention every other 10 minutes to figure out what was going on. Truly wasn’t his fault because he seemed very busy but also felt like he wasn’t doing anything to help find answers for the situation. Finally he said a manager was going to come talk to us 40 minutes later....which then led to asking what we ordered to begin with? When we got our food it wasn’t that warm which leads me to believe it had been hanging out there for a while. We heard they had a mass amount of orders at the same time but plenty of people were Getting their orders in a timely manner. Another lady was waiting for almost as long as us for them to say they didn’t put it in because they didn’t have it and no one told her, so she then had to wait longer.All in all the manager apologized but still we were bummed and starving. Got home and we’re pretty sure two of the sauces on the wings we ordered were wrong and it just wasn’t worth the wait or the calories ? That said the Oreos did save the day but wouldn’t be worth the trauma of ordering again! Said to leave a yucky review but I’d hate for someone else to have to go through that!
