Sat down, ordered drinks but they didn't have any carbonation. That happens, so not a big deal. What is a big deal is the giant flying cockroach that the staff tried to say was a waterbug. Not any better considering a Waterbug is an oriental cockroach that lacks wings. We left pretty much immediately after the thing started flying around and was crushed by another customer after landing near them. The manager seemed nonchalant and took the situation in stride as if it was a normal occurrence so I won't be returning.

I will never eat here again. I had previous ratings were an average because they would forget little things or it was just your average meal. This time I decide to eat in instead of to go with my daughter. Her food was fine she got crepes you can't really ruin that. I got an omelette I figured that would be a safe bet also. It smelled great it looked great but when I first started cut into it with my fork liquid sport out of the center so I took close to look and so it was actually filled with raw egg on the inside. I'm talking pure clear and white liquid egg not just runny totally wrong. And a significant amount as well almost as if it were the filling in a turnover. I brought up to the waitresses attention as someone from the kitchen also came out as well they looked at it and totally agreed it was totally wrong inside apologized offer to cook another one and I passed. I decided to get just a waffle which was okay. Obviously they did not charge the omelette and they gave me 50% off on the replacement waffle but I still will never eat there again it is not worth the health risk.

In my personal opinion is was good. Had good service from our waitress

The food we ordered was not the food that was given to us. When we informed the wait staff that the food was wrong she brought it back to the kitchen and they brought the same item back to us with an extra ingredient… it was pretty absurd, I cant even imagine how the staff would think it was acceptable. The chicken tenders were somehow burnt and dried out. Also the prices for the drinks are RIDICULOUS. A 10oz glass of milk was $4, like i understand that this is a restaurant, but they are supplementing the "cheap" meals by trying to get the money back on the drinks.

I will never return to this place of business again. First, we told the person we wanted to sit at a table and he gave us a booth, we asked for some coffee and when we got it, it was cold (and we were charged for it), then when we placed our order and the food came to our table it was cold and dry. My husband and I both ordered an Omelette and they were not moist on the inside and they were cold. When the waitress brought the check to the table the coffee was on it, and when she came back to the table I asked her if we had to pay for the coffee and it was cold, and she said she would take it off (she did). I will never go back to that IHOP again.

I come to this location often. I get the Split Decision almost every time, just to get here today and there is an “upcharge.” I have been coming to this location for years, waiter and manager states that there has always been said upcharge and that it must be certain people which she named that didnt charge. Very strange that certain people can change pricing. Smh.

The waitress was down to earth. Warm . Friendly and treated me like family! An outstanding woman! Helpful. Thoughtful, caring and attentive waitress! Food was deliciously!

Arrived for a late lunch, parking was limited and we had to wait for a table. Though very busy, our wait time was less than 10 minutes. A sign stated they were short staffed, had a limited menu and door dash and to go orders were not available. Our server, Karina was wonderful! We always had refills, she took our order, offered us anything we needed and was super sweet! The food came fairly quickly, especially with limited staff and only one grill, we were told. The food: steak tips, hash browns, eggs, pancakes and sausages were all hot and delicious! We had a great experience and if you go, ask if Karina is available, definitely top notch service. Thanks for a great family lunch!

I have been to this place few times and it usually typical IHop food very good, but this day was really bad took almost 30 minutes wait to get seated only to be assigned a waitresses that took another 20 min to take the order and another 30 min to get food. People that sat and came after me ate and left and I still did not get my order. I am really disappointed in this place.

I've been wanting pancakes for a few days now so I thought I would go to IHOP for their "All You Can Eat" pancakes. I haven't been to this particular IHOP for a couple of years now (pre-pandemic).First thing I noticed upon entering the building was that it all looked and felt clean. A definite improvement over my previous experiences here. Staff was welcoming and I was seated promptly. Coffee was brought out immediately and was good (consistent) as expected. I ordered the sausage and eggs combo with the AYCE pancakes. Less than 4 minutes later my food was on the table.Hashbrowms were hot and greasy.Sausages were all luke-warm at best. Barely above room temp.Scrambled eggs were mostly hot, but had a cold (chilled) part in the center. Obviously not cooked to order. The pancakes looked like pancakes but had a texture and taste like biscuits. They tasted like flour and oil. They were barely warm enough to melt a portion of the butter on them. The facility looked great. The service was excellent. All of the wait staff seemed to be in good moods and were all very friendly. The food I would rate a 4.5 out of 10. I can not recommend eating here if this is their new standard.
