Favorite Hibachi place in the area. Use to eat here all the time. This place won’t let you down. They fill your plate up with food and the steak isn’t over cooked.
I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. I got “teriyaki chicken” not a drop of teriyaki. Our chicken and steak were dry and bland. We had to season them up at home to just be able to eat it. The spring rolls were decent. I never leave reviews but this was such a huge disappointment in comparison to the photos they post on social media. Wont be back. I will say service and timeliness was good though. But what I care about is the food.
The young man working at the front is very friendly! Great atmosphere and fresh, tasty food!

With inflation hurting wallets everywhere, here's a great spot, for some terrific food and still priced reasonably. The place is clean, the servers are friendly and the hibachi is awesome. And we have gone several times, we've never waited to be seated or served!
im absolutely surprised that Hibachi USA was like this! I did a order for pick up and the worker i was speaking to made it complicated to order. I ordered the kids shrimp hibachi and regular chicken and shrimp hibachi, when we got the food some of the shrimps literally still had the shells on them! i even swallowed the shell by accident as well. im highly dissatisfied with how they treat the customers and the preparation of the food.
Pros: spring rolls are good. White sauce is good and they give good portions on the sauce.Cons: DRY! Overcooked. (Same issues after 3 visits). Small portions of food. Zero flavor.
One of our favorite spots in the 40/42 area!! Our family has been going here since it opened. The food is always hot and delicious. The staff is friendly. One time I was given the wrong order by mistake and they quickly corrected the error (it happens). The noodles are good, as are the salads and spring rolls. But our favorite is hibachi ANYTHING. It’s all good. I don’t understand the reviews about small portion sizes. The lunch special is exactly that, a lunch portion. The price for a large dinner portion is a still a good value if you prefer large portion sizes. I usually get two full meals from the dinner size.
First time here. Very clean atmosphere. A little mishap with the order but it was quickly corrected. I enjoyed the food the strak and shrimpwas delicious. It was fresh and on time. And might I add they have a drive through!!
It was our 1st time visting. We went today for lunch and it was pretty good and the place was super clean. Staff was nice!
