Horrible customer service. I had ordered food online and was unable to pick up the food due to having car trouble. I called the restaurant and asked the manager if they can cancel my order and refund me cause I couldn’t make it. The owner then rudely started telling me they could not refund the order and kept saying no cause they already made the food and said it was my fault for my car problems and yelled at me saying how I wasted their food. Terrible service
I went back to the restaurant because I thought they had forgotten the white rice. The cashier opened the see-thru container to show me the rice was underneath, and that's when I noticed brown-looking rice and asked what kind of rice it was. The cashier told me during lunchtime that it comes with pork fried rice. I told her I didn't know because I don't eat pork. But I looked at the menu, and it says "served with pork fried rice OR white rice." I never checked the menu when I ordered. I didn't know there was an option at lunchtime for the rice since I've only been at this establishment during dinner hours. And during dinner hours, we always have white rice. So, I told the cashier that I didn't eat pork, I needed a new one, and to please make sure they don't just scrape the pork fried rice off the bottom of the chicken and broccoli and give it back to me white rice. The cashier returned a few moments later. I recognized significantly less chicken and broccoli in the see-thru container and a ton of rice. I asked the cashier did they scrape the pork fried rice off the bottom, and she shook her head yes. I told the cashier I needed to speak with the cook. The woman came from the back and immediately was indignant, angry, and defensive. While I was talking to her, she just went to the back. Later an older gentleman came from the back and told me to “get the f out” at least four times. It shook me! I've been to this restaurant more times than I can count and was very shocked. It was so bad that the other customer apologized to me for having to experience this. I was fighting back the tears because I couldn't believe I was being treated this way. After getting home, my husband tried to call and speak with the gentleman who cursed me out but to no avail. So, he went there. He asked them to have the gentleman come out, but he wouldn’t come out. Eventually, he came towards the register and started screaming, “get the out while sticking up his middle fingers.” Of course, my husband went off and told him he was never coming back to that restaurant. He told my African American husband I don’t need your money anyway; I only make 25 cents off Y’ALL. The woman called 911 and told them my husband threatened to kill them (which he didn’t). Five minutes later, five cop cars. After interviewing my husband, the cashier, and the gentleman, the conclusion was the owner was wrong. The cashier even acknowledged they are always disrespectful and that my husband NEVER threatened to kill them. We are NEVER going back there! And I wouldn’t encourage Y’ALL to go back either since he claims they only make 25 cents off of Y’ALL.
After waiting 2 hours for my delivery I call and am told "It's on its way." After another 20 minutes I call back because I have yet to receive my order and am told "It's out for delivery." I tell the woman on the phone to cancel and that I'd like a refund...to which she says "Yes ma'am I understand." 15 minutes later a driver shows up with the order (which I canceled) telling me "Sorry for the late delivery. If there are issues just call." Everything was ice cold and wasn't at all edible. I will never order here again.
We paid over $100 for our meal for our large hungry family. My husband when to pick it up after the requested 30 min wait period. They arrived & didn’t have any orders ready with our name on them. The order was tossed to the side & forgotten about. It took them AN HOUR to make our order & when they brought it out items were still missing & wrong. No discount was offered & no apology either. I gave this place a second chance after this happened once before a few months back. NOTHING has changed. Save your time & money. Not only was the food terrible but it upset all of our stomachs tremendously! Do not eat here!!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.
Don’t waste your time or money on the sushi. It’s not bogo, don’t pay attention to the giant sign out front saying so. It’s NOT fresh, it’s premade and sits inside a fridge and therefore not worth what they charge. I’d expect that at a grocery store, but not here. Very disappointed and hungry…
The quality of the food has gone way down and the prices has gone up. I understand about food cost but I still want to feel like I’m getting my moneys worth. It’s been a long time since I ate here because of the pandemic but I will not be eating from this restaurant again. When I picked up my order no one had a mask on cooking or front of the house. No social distancing. Poor customer service especially an Asian lady who was giving other customers dirty looks. Lost a long time customer!
As someone who truly never writes reviews, I felt obligated to do so for Hibachi 88. After 45 minutes of eating my food, my stomach began cramping horribly. At 2:30 a.m. I began throwing up and did so for the next 48 hours. I’m just warning you, do not eat here unless you want food poisoning.
Food was on point as always, they need a bigger better location. It was about 5-7 people waiting on a Thursday night for over 25 mins. They had boxes of stuff where people would be seated for dining in. They had a non Asian hostess, and a online ordering system but it charges a fee for processing and I wasn't willing to pay extra, that day for a non human interaction. So I called in my order, best boneless spare ribs in the triangle imo.

This is the best Chinese food I have ever tasted.Its reasonably priced,good portions.Just moved from Az.I have to admit,the food there is salty,without flavor.
