Vandora Springs Road. They get a one because that is as low as I can score! Friday morning, 4/8/22, it is pouring rain. There is not a shelter over the drive thru speaker. I can't hear speaker over the pouring rain, so I figure, as there was not anyone else in line, that I would go up to the window to order my 2 drinks. Mind you it was only 2 drinks! After sitting there, not being noticed for a few minutes by 2 employees inside, a third employee came to the window and I explained I could not hear the speaker over the pouring rain and I needed to order 2 drinks. She was told by the manager if I wanted an order, I would have to go back to the speaker. I felt like this behavior was totally rude and unacceptable and I don't plan to ever go back to this location and I will try to recommend to as many people as possible that they not patron this location as well. Never had a problem up until today. But I will not ever have this problem there again!!
Nice then the one in Smithfield,NC . this Hardee's actually care about there customers and make sure everything is right before you leave. Might be back again..
Stopped in here at 6:15 am. The drive-thru sign still had the daytime menu. I ordered coffee w/cream. They didn't give me cream. The coffee also tasted old, like it had been sitting for a while. My cup also had a bunch of grounds it in. You shouldn't have to chew coffee...
Posted hours are 530am - 9pm. THIS PLACE DOES NOT OPEN AT 530AM. They struggle to open at 6. This has been an issue for quite some time. I've been by the drive-thru numerous times at 6am & was told to "wait a minute". After waiting 7 minutes, I drove around to the window. I asked what time they open was told "as soon as we can". I've also been told "we need 15 minutes" (at 6am) This morning (Wed 3/2/22) I pulled up at 6:05 & never got a chance to even give my order. Left at 6:11 with no response. I love the biscuits here but not enough to be late for work! Maybe they should open at 7 or just give up on breakfast altogether. I'm done.
There are a couple people at this location who are super friendly! I’ve had missing items a few times but they’ve always been good to correct that!
Service was excellent, chicken sandwich was decent, fries were hit.
Picked up lunch via the drive thru. My son wanted a milkshake, but they had no ice cream, so he ended up getting a meal. Lol. That's one way to upsell a customer. Food is good. Drive thru was fast. Friendly staff. Will visit again
This location makes a pretty good breakfast and not horribly slow, but all fast food is slow these days. Us spoiled Americans! ?
NO WOULD GIVE THIS HARDEES NOT EVEN ONE STAR I CAME TODAY THEY OFFER ME THE CHICKEN BISCUIT .AND GOT IT THE CHICKEN WAS SOKED IN GREASE HASH BROWN WERE ALL HARD AND CRUNCHY I CALL TO REPORT HOW MY FOOD WAS THE MANGER JUST SAID OK THIS IS PEOPLE THAT DONT GIVE NO CARES ABOUT PRESENTATION OF FOOD NOR HAVE THE MANNER TO EVEN SAY SORRY ,THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED!!!!!
Service was very slow, the lady at the window was very nice though... But my food wasn't, I got french toast dips and they were hard and the coffee well just dark water basically.
